Re: MLB 10: The Show - The Little Things Thread
This is so little, but yet so huge...
Every game I have played at AT&T Park so far has the wind blowing in from right field.
Thank you so much for listening, SCEA!

Re: MLB 10: The Show - The Little Things Thread
I've done some searching but haven't found it yet. It's a little thing for the game but a huge bonus for me if it's in. Do they have Pablo Sandoval's unique/insane pregame batting ritual? Anyone see it yet? Thanks fellas..cant wait to get off in three hours...Comment

I'm running my worst-to-first franchise with the Nats, and in the top of the 3rd Opening Day against Philly, on the ticker: "MLB 10 The Show, your home for Nationals Baseball in HD (where available)"Comment

Re: MLB 10: The Show - The Little Things Thread
I take it back....only the CPU pitchers this year either nod their head or shake heads when a pitch is chosen, the Human pitcher doesnt ever do it, irrelevant of pitch delay

Re: MLB 10: The Show - The Little Things Thread
Yeah, I miss the head nod/shake. Since I turn off PCI, I kind of like that confirmation that what I selected was the same thing that the catcher selected when the pitcher nods.
No matter, I still live strong!

Re: MLB 10: The Show - The Little Things Thread
Yeah its odd its still in for the CPU pitchers (on slower setting on pitch delay) but not for the Human pitchers this year?
Maybe just an oversight, no biggie but i do miss it lol.Comment

This is by far my favorite "little thing". I love tinkering with the players equipment colors, especially the shoes.Comment

Re: MLB 10: The Show - The Little Things Thread
Oh speaking of which, one other great thing that I love love love is that when we're pitching and rushing through our motions, the batter won't skip its animation and reset for the pitcher to start up. Instead, we are able to start up while the batter is doing its routine, or finishing it, or what have you. That kind of fluidity looks much better.
Next thing they need to nail the fluidity on is the sky changing to nightfall (it's much better, but it still hits a moment where it just jumps to dark), and they'll be well on their way.Samsung PN60F8500 PDP / Anthem MRX 720 / Klipsch RC-62 II / Klipsch RF-82 II (x2) / Insignia NS-B2111 (x2) / SVS PC13-Ultra / SVS SB-2000 / Sony MDR-7506 Professional / Audio-Technica ATH-R70x / Sony PS3 & PS4 / DirecTV HR44-500 / DarbeeVision DVP-5000 / Panamax M5400-PM / Elgato HD60Comment

Re: MLB 10: The Show - The Little Things Thread
WoW cant believe no one has mentioned these 2 yet !!
I hit a foul tip right into the catchers mask and you could hear a pop like a baseball hitting a real mask . Then the announcers said ouch he just took one on the noggin but he will be ok.
ALSO outfielders run into the walls this year. Sometimes the clipping animation isnt so pretty but the do acknowledge the walls

Any way, love hearng all this stuff. I am still at work and I will be playing at 4pm, so I am excited to see what other "Little things" I see.
