What game mode did the bug happen in? (Front End, RTTS, Franchise, Gameplay, Online, etc....)
Online, but probably a player profile problem

How did it happen or what did you do to trigger it? Can you recreate it?
When looking at batter/pitching match-up I noticed that the batter's power numbers are reversed, For Instance I previous games and what you would expect is a righty pitcher would have an advantage over a right handed hitter and same goes for a lefty vs lefty. But looking at a few Mets Bay, Wright and Francour their power numbers are higher vs Righties than Lefties. Can this be looked into?

Tie game in extra innings. My team was at the plate with 2 out and the winning run on 3rd. My player at the plate hit a dribbler to the first baseman who took his time picking it up and jaunting to first to touch the bag. Meanwhile the man at 3rd came across the plate and the run was scored (!). The guy was out at 1st and that should have ended the inning. But since the guy on 3rd crossed home before the out at first was recorded the run was scored and it ended the game.

Even the PBP called it while the guy was running to first. They called out "..and the winning run scores!!!" ...all while the play was still unfolding.

How often can the bug be reproduced?

Hard to reproduce since you would have to have a man at 3rd and 2 out in the bottom of the 9th (or extra innings). You would then have to get a player to hit a ball that allowed the run to cross before the out was recorded.

If you put in a pinch hitter and then the opposing team puts in a new pitcher, the game will not allow you to put in a second pinch hitter during the same at bat.

How often can the bug be reproduced?

I also noticed this last nite when playing exhibitions 2 players. Seemed like a lot of players had better power against pitchers that were the same hand as them.

Then again, maybe it wasnt reversed at all and it could be the bug where the power vs lefties bar is not showing properly which could make the righty power look higher.

I have never personally seen it but I thought some peiople experienced this very issue in 09 as well.

Tied 1-1 in the Bottom of the 8th, I have a man on 1st and top of my order up. Guy decides to intentionally walk my #2 hitter and after the first ball of the intentional walk, the game froze in the wide angle camera and only my batter was able to make any movements ( kept clicking the button to lay down the bunt)... everything else was completely frozen. Waited for 10 minutes for something to happen and turned the game off when it didn't... go back to my profile and I was credited with the loss and a DNF.

Also, pitching online is brutal so far...rarely had any lag or choppiness when pitching in 08 or 09 online, every single game I've played so far has had this issue on every pitch.

1st issue: only happened once
2nd issue: every pitch

This isn't a bug but potential ratings need to be fixed numerous star players are having potentials of C's, D's or F's and their ratings are declining fast.

This will be fixed with Mondays new roster update.

I played Indians at Yankees. The CPU was the Yankees. The cpu selected their lineup and starter like they normally would from the pre game menu. After the game loaded, right after they took the field they subbed out 2 players. One of them was Jeter and i cant remember the other player.

The issue is they didnt do this from the pre game menu, they waited until the game started making both of these players un-usable for the remainder of the game

i dont know, i only play the yankees once so far

They probably were in the wrong spot in the lineup....or had the wrong positions listed.

...and FYI...the double switch bug was fixed in the first patch.
I didn't see it listed....but it works correctly now.
It still gives you the message to sub out the fielder...but just hit X again and the option to double switch comes up now.
Do it from there.

I think this has to do with the newest roster DL had guys at wrong positions. So the CPU may be thinking guys are at the wrong positions and subbing them our accordingly. Jeter and Granderson were 2 players mentioned as having the wrong position.

When ever I have pressed the select button to view the analysis or start to pause later in the game, it freezes completely to the point where my PS button won't even respond. There is no animation, but the sound of the crowd is still on. I have to hold my power button for a while so it can turn off.

How often can the bug be reproduced?
I am on the 6th game of the season and it has happened to me 4 out of those games. My disc is brand new clean and so is my system. It happens when select or start are pressed in the middle of a season and/or franchise game. Usually later into the game.

I use the exit game option, prompts me to quit post game menu, exit screen comes on. Loading bar fills up and the screen changes to the MLB 10 background and the music starts and the game freezes but the music keeps playing. Screen frozen, controller useless and I have to do a hard turn off. I always play with my red sox , its happen at home and away games

JJ Hardy was batting and hit a ground ball to Scott Rolen of the Reds at third base. Prior to the ball getting to him, Rolen turned his back and let the ball go past into left field. He didn't attempt any type of play on the ball and it went past him on his left.

How often can the bug be reproduced?

I have seen it one time.

In franchise mode with fantasy draft, the game freezes at the end of a game. It shows me the player of the game and then just freezes. I can't get out of it. Anyone else experiencing this?
