My Gamestop manager was on the ball with the codes. Got mine for The Show and I got one external one for Bad Company 2 and there is one in the box too. Did I get all the Gamestop codes I should have?

Supposed to have the extra gun and Rush mode codes. Am I good to go? Let me know please.

Picked my pre-order up today at Gamestop in Canada (MB) and was surprised to find out that there was only 1 code card available!

I was most fortunate to be the first one there to pick up mlb as the manager decided to give it to the first pre-order customer who arrived to pick it up. Now I just need to get it to work although I'm glad to read it will be fixed.

Just picked mine up and while it's installing I thought I'd shoot this out. The clerk didn't give me a code card and when I asked him for one he replied "It's inside the case." I noticed code cards sitting behind the counter next to the register so I stated "Are you sure? Isn't that the cards right in front of you?" He said no, those were just extras. Then a customer browsing around told me "Yea, it's inside the box."

Ok, so I hiked to my car, opened the game and there was nothing inside resembling a code card! Hiked back to the store, told the clerk there was nothing inside so he handed me one of the cards I had just pointed out to him. Uggh!

I also picked up Battlefield Bad Company 2 and figured that caused the confusion because they also said the unlock cards was inside the limited edition box. This also turned out to be incorrect, so I called Gamestop when I got home and they said the code should be on the reciept. It wasn't so they had to e-mail me one. Uggh!

It's amazing they give you these impressive upsell speaches about features nobody else will get unless you pre-order. Then, when the game arrives they are clueless! And it wasn't some doofus kid working there, it was the manager who is always working there.

What a mess, and below is a picture of The Show unlock card. Print it out if you want, and if they tell you it's inside the box make them open it in front of you!

Haven't tried it yet due to problems they are having. Waiting for word that it's been fixed.

Crazy!!! I preordered mine at Gamestop on Sunday and they gave me the card with scratch off code!! I go and pick it up this afternoon and they give me another code card!!! That's why people are not getting it!! So
I went back in and gave it back stating I have one already and the girl at the counter tells me don't worry keep it we give them to everybody that comes in!!! WTF??? Why preorder then?

So I pick my copy up at Gamestop today and I ask where the coupon for the DLC Stadiums is. Guy looks up and says, with a straight face mind you, "We can't find them right now, but the guy coming in at 4 should know where they are." Not suprised at all by this, so they are going to call me when they "find" the codes.


All of this after a I got a speeding ticket going to pick up this game this morning... FML.

Why can't they just stick them to the outside of the box like the one for Batman Arkham Asylum? It would be sooo easy to do

So the Battlefield code I was promised through e-mail hasn't arrived yet, so I called their 1-800 number again and they said it would take 24-48 hours. WTF? So I called the store and asked them "Do you or do you not have unlock cards for BF2 outside the box?"

She said "Oh, sorry you got the wrong information. There is in fact a card" and proceeded to give me a code over the phone. If you have problems with a Show card I'd complain to Gamestop at (800) 883-8895, they should be able to e-mail a code although it might take awhile. If anything, it can serve as a back-up if the store can't find them or whatever.

For those who pre-ordered with Amazon, I read a discussion on the MLB 10 product that said we should receive it within 7-10 days. Hopefully sooner, I accidentally deleted my invoice about the order and thankful I came across it. I was gonna be pissed.

You got lied to. Try calling again.

The Gamestop I went to (well, EB actually, but same company) didn't have the codes and didn't know anything about them. I finally got around to calling their 800 number today, and the lady was extremely friendly and helpful.

She said she had to send the request to the premium services department, or something like that, and that if they had any left they'd e-mail one to me. She also said that I wouldn't hear anything until tomorrow afternoon at the earliest, and there's a chance they are out of codes.

Lo and behold, I got an e-mail from Gamestop.com about an hour ago with a code. I guess either she underestimated that other department's response speed, or she was under-promising on the hopes they'd over-deliver.

I'd recommend that anyone who didn't get their code in-store -- and should have -- call their 800 number. She asked me for a transaction code from the receipt, so I'd have yours ready.
