    Re: PS2 version?

I only played for 1/2 hour last night as Yanks vs Twins in Target Field, but I did notice a couple of things, the graphics are awesome for a PS2 game, Twins had a man on second and got a base hit to center, Granderson threw home and Posada, actually applied the tag on a bang bang play, last year he would have put the tag down late or missed the tag. Also the cut scenes are pretty awesome, especially the dugout shots. So far so good.

      Matt,
Sounds like you had a nice birthday and the wait was well worth it.
Can I ask a couple of questions?
      1. In season mode, can you change the number of innings before you start a game? Would like to set the season for 9, but on occasion would like to be able to play a 5 or 6 inning game.
      2. Is Gamecast mode the same? Did it get any better? Worse?
      3. Season lengths. Still 29, 82, 120 or 162?
      Thanks alot, dude!

Sorry Sarge I'm the wrong person to ask, I only update the rosters and play various exhibition games with the Yanks, Cubs and Mets, I don't really play a season...

I'm furious about this. Just bought the game and I'm pissed.

Yeah, that is disappointing (PSP has no roster updates, either).

Let us know what you think about the gameplay when you get a chance.
