I've saved my audio/video settings along with the gameplay settings. I then load them before I enter a franchise but the settings keep reseting to default. Even after I save my franchise and load a game, the settings STILL revert back to default. I've had to edit the settings every time I play a game.

This is your problem, as I had it too.
When you start up your franchise, there are TWO settings screens you need to go into. One is your franchise settings, that you set off the bat, but when you go into that settings screen, hit R1 and it will bring up your personal profile. YOU NEED TO SET YOUR SETTINGS THERE AS WELL. Once you do that, go to save and save your PROFILE.
This will solve your issues.Comment
