Include an option in manage mode to have the hitter swing away.

Include an option to look at player cards of reserves on your team.

          1) It's now difficult to tell the sequence of the types of pitches thrown, esp. pitch Circle and Square, after pressing L3, because the colours can hardly be differentiated.

          Pls change the colours.

          2) Pls add the number of doubles and triples and the stolen base the batters have so far during the season on the batter analysis screen.

          Thx. Great product!

Definitely stats for the current batter vs the current pitcher.

            Atlanta Braves
            - Auburn Tigers - Nashville Predators

With runners on base, there should be a graphic showing the speed of the runners on, so I know if I need to beware of a steal attempt. Right now in order to view players speed on base I have to hit start. I would like to be able to see this by pressing select. Also have the wind speed and direction, so I don't need to press start to see it. Thanks.

I would like to be able to see the players stamina bar or energy level in some way. Maybe represented by colour.

Wrong place for this your suggestion has nothing to do with pause menu screens

First screen showing pitcher and batter. I'd like to see on base percent in the hitters box. Perhaps WHIP or BB\SO, (shown as a simple 55\150) so it's on one line, in the pitchers to balance the screen. Also for pitcher and batter along with "today's game stats" add a line with "season stats".

For the pause menu that shows the bench, whether for defensive sub or pinch hitter, either place an icon next to players that have already been used and are no longer available or remove them from the bench section of the screen once they are used. Not sure if this actually applies to the defensive sub screen but I know that even after you've used a player to pinch hit he still shows up on the bench screen with no indication that he has already been used.

Re: Pause menu Information for MLB '11

I love the new "schedule to put in" option in the bullpen screen, and think this tool could be expanded.

For instance, if I'm batting and my pitcher is due up fourth in the inning, I'd like to "schedule" a pinch hitter. If the pitcher spot comes up to bat, my pinch hitter is all ready to go. But if it's a 1-2-3 inning, the pitcher can go back out on the mound, and the pinch hitter will still be scheduled to bat in the next inning.

With this in mind, I'd like the pinch hitter option to be selectable when you are in the field, and the defensive sub option selectable when you are at bat.

Specific stats against that pitcher: k's, H, HR, Doubles, Triples, HBP etc.
                            I second this

I also would like to see an option to bring up a 'Topps Baseball Card' with lots of info from the players whole career.

                              1) Please include a way to view the information for YOUR OWN pitcher while you are up to bat. Since I play as an NL team, there's been plenty of times where my pitcher is doing well, but his spot in the lineup is coming up, and I'd like to be able to view his current energy and such in order to decide if I should put in a pinch hitter or not

                              2) I agree with the suggestion to make player cards accessible through the pause menu as long as it's technically feasible. Honestly, I wish we could have a "view roster" option just like in the main menu.

                              3) Make the "Batting Order" screen more interactive. Lots of times when I view it, I find myself thinking how nice it would be to be able to view each player's Left/Right splits for Contact and Power as well as all of the other useful info. If you guys can add the Player Card feature to the pause menu, maybe player cards could also be accessible from the Batting Order screen as well. Regardless, it would also be nice to make the Batting Order screen work like the Pinch Hitter screen where you can highlight players and have their most important attributes displayed in a box below the batting order.

                              4) It would be nice to have the base runners and their speeds/baserunning ability added back into the Select menu like it was in 09. Obviously, that was taken out with the new menu style in 10, but maybe you can find a way to work it back in there. Right now, it's a bit of a pain to have to check the runners' speed in the Pause menu while you have to check the batter's speed in the Select menu.

                              5) Is it possible to make the box scores have the exact same format and information as the official mlb.com ones? That would really be awesome.
