Tried the D-pad and froze on me the second game I played. The only time it doesn't freeze is when I play RTTS.

How can such a spectacular game have so many terrible flaws.

It's awful, makes me not want to play it. I have tried playing like once in the past three weeks.

Is it a certain saved season / franchise that this happens for you ?

That's really really a shame man. I wish I could be of more help.

Maybe if you were really specific about the circumstances that cause it to happen, someone can help you out.

All I can suggest is: Make sure you have all patches
Never access the bullpen from start menu
Re-install the game after deleting all files

...or pick up a different (used) copy of the game.

Man, I just put the Show in, d/l'd up to date rosters, made myself a 3B for the Jays, simmed to the home opener and played...I have a great back and forth game going, 6-6 in the bottom of the 8th, 4 or 5 lead changes and..... I had forgotten about the pause menu freezing issue. D'oh!

Now my daughter is awake from nap and well, it's daddy daughter time.

Please, please, please let this be fixed in 11, I am too forgetful for this not to jump up and grab me sometimes.

I know my 09 disc is very sensitive to smudges/fingerprints. Also check disc for any scratches.

I never had the problem of freezing from going through the start menu to the bullpen

Maybe someone can help me. I'm in the year 2013 in my RTTS. Everything has been fine, until now. When I go to "Play Next Appearance" or go into the schedule. The next game shows no starting pitcher and no results, but the game after that shows a "W".

As soon as it goes forward to the next game, it freezes ... I have to shut the system off to get out. I can't go any further. It does this every single time.

Anyone else having these issues? I hope there's a fix, I'm having the season of my life here.
