All right, relax everyone.
ADA, if you can't use the image, just take your advice and ignore the requests. Otherwise, if you do feel the need to tell someone they need a bigger image, I recommend you find a nice way to say it. Not everyone here is reading every single post. It's the reality of a thread that's 22 pages long (40 posts a thread).
If you're going to provide a service to people, you have to deal with repeated questions.
Everyone else needs to realize that small images don't work in design. Find a hi-res image or don't request a cover.
