Man, some of you guys really are excited over this. All the power to you but I just don't really get crazy over these small, and they are very small, improvements. Maybe it's cuz I have a lack of cash lying around.

I think 3D would probably be the coolest thing along with move but I have neither of them.

That is what is great about us we have loads of money and we are easily entertained.

These look amazing. I love the first screen with both teams lineup and Ross' pic on there. Thats freakin realism.

So awesome that they added the speed and ability in the runner windows. I specifically complained about this last year. You used to be able to access the runner speed by pressing select, but for some reason last year they changed it and you had to hit start to pause the game to view runner speed. If you wanted to check out batter attributes and runner attributes you had to hit 2 buttons, first select and then start. I didn't seem like much but over the course of a season it does add up to alot of extra time. It's great that SCEA listens to feedback from the community. It really is all about the little things.

i got a 60" mitsubishi HDTV last thanksgiving (580 after bing cashback and dell discount...seriously...great deal) and it is 3d compatible. the big thing for me is that i wear glasses all of the time and can't see wearing 2 pair of glasses really working out. plus...its a hard decision to make to spend 200-300 bucks on the special glasses without really trying it out for awhile.

Man I really like the quality and the price BUT the whole breaking in the plasma worries me. Think I'd rather just hook it up and go....

I know exactly what you mean ... decisions, decisions!

And now all this talk about input lag, etc.

I may just end up playing on my 24" Dell monitor with zero input lag another year if I can not decide. It looks remarkable on it anyhow!

I would suggest the Samsung C7000 series plasma. I still drool a little every time I turn it on. I know plasma is not for everyone but I love it and the 3d is awesome. I have only watched Monsters VS Aliens (I have a 3 year old) and A christmas Carol in True3d but they were both amazing. It also does 2d to 3d conversion which surprisingly works pretty well. I also tested the Panasonic though and that has a great picture too. I have just always been a Samsung guy (Am I allowed to say that in this Forum )

^ I would not trust my three year old with $100 glasses haha.

I've always been a Samsung guy but never for plasma screens. It sounds like they've caught up in the recent 3D move though.

We only allow her to watch the 2d version. We had heard stories about kids and 3d and our Dr told us to not let her wear the glasses until she is 4. Don't worry she will still not be touching them at 4

Actually the main reason we went for the plasma was because it was large and cheaper then the LCD counterpart.
