I've learned with this series, you always buy the game and you will not be disappointed. The analog swing will not be for everyone, in fact I doubt I even use it but I'm willing to bet there will be other features in the game I will enjoy.

I wasnt talking about the analog swing, I doubt I would use it either. It's the flawed mechanics that have yet to be fixed that are keeping me from wanting to drop 60 bucks. If the mechanics are still the same then its basically the show 10 with some graphics updates.

Theres no Show 11 video on that link at all, all i see is a replay of a TV broadcast from a Sox/Phils game from last year.

Player models look great, but I have one problem. It looks like the players still go back to the generic 1 stance before swinging. It's only a minor problem, though.

How do you know they haven't fixed some of the franchise issues we faced last year? I'm sure they've added more to the game than just the analog swing, bottom line is we don't know what's all in the game yet, we have just got a few teases. My experience tells me though I won't be disappointed with the product.

What mechanics are you talking about? I really didn't have a problem with the mechanics from last year. You think the game looks bad? I see people mention the herky jerky motion but I don't think it's that noticable.

Looks pretty good, fairly fluid. The pitcher seems to go from ball in glove to behind his ear...still looks like he's shortarming it... needs work

Overall, looks fantastic but I noticed this too and was a bit bummed. Hopefully they have time to correct it. Need to see much more video before judging though. Can't wait.

Funny thing is, even though it has been improved its nowhere near close to being correct LOL.

I'm not even sure what you really mean by this. The guy said it was improved, and it definitely is improved.

I doubt you watch more Phillies games than I do, but even if you did, for you to say it's nowhere close to being correct is pretty exaggerated. The stance is actually close to Jimmy's stance in real life, they did a great job with it.

Hopefully they improve the pitching motions this year. I've been waiting for them to do that for years now. They just don't look as fluid and intense as they should. This is one thing I still think the 2K series has over this franchise.

I didn't notice this at first, but I think you might be right. It does look as iff the top of the zone is slightly below the letters, as the bottom is just below the knees. That or both of our perception is off.
