I wasn't going to get it when it was $55. But Amazon dropped it to $43.99 -- the same price as a regular, non-magical controller -- so then I obviously had no choice.

I needed a second one anyway (my dog used my old one as an outlet for her separation anxiety and destroyed it), but I have to say, I'm glad I got the baseball one. It's pretty slick.

I purchased it, and for the first hour didnt even put the game in my PS3 i just held the controller and admired it.

A normal PS3 controller is $55. This controller isnt anymore than a regular one.

Same here. I love it. Not only does it look better (I kinda feel dirty using the old black one playing this game), but it feels different in my hands for some reason.

When I picked up the game today I wanted to get the controller soooo bad. It's more impressive in person. I'll wait until my next paycheck!!! The thing is sweet!!

I picked it up this morning from Best Buy (along with the game)....got home put Grip=It on the sticks and started playing.

I picked up the new controller today from Target. Had a red one I never opened and just swapped it.

I had to get it as well. It kind of made me giggle like a little kid again when I got it home and showed it to my wife. She just rolled her eyes!
