I might chime in with my 2011 Cubs plans at some point, but first I wanted to mention how my Cubs roster ended in 2010 (before getting swept by the Red Sox in the World Series)

I think the only trade I made AFTER the real life transaction was Theriot for DeWitt. Other than that, I came up with the Garza, R. Johnson, Fontenot, and Lilly trades on my own. I went with Hairston Jr. and Everett for defense over Castro and DeWitt as I made my push for the playoffs.
