Okay, I know you're not supposed to say specific names, but a retail store where I live has the game out, stocked pretty well, and has the sticker under it saying it's $59.99. Tried to buy one and told me it was locked until release date.

Question is, is there anyway that I can get them to sell me a copy if it's already out on the shelf and tagged and in the system?
