My Target had dozens of copies on the shelf, but of course the register had it locked out, not available for sale till Tuesday. Hate when they do that. I figured it wouldn't be available for sale, but my eyes lit up when I walked down the aisle and saw it sitting there.Comment

I did a little searching in Bergen County NJ and come up empty. My usual locations said Monday, even the stores in the Bronx had same story. I did find it at Sears, and while MLB2k11 was on sale the guy said he would be fined 3K if he sold me the Show...Comment

i have officially given up i'll just play killzone 3 till tuesday. actually this helps me money wise. i'll preorder with some trade-ins and get it for less plus the mlb.tv month which i was goin to buy bc im a redsox fan living in NY area.

Sorry guys, I wish I would have checked this earlier and saved you some time. In the past 24 hrs I've checked the Chapel Hill, Stow, Fairlawn, and Canton Targets. No luck. To bad we didn't get one of the Targets that screwed up. It's like playing the lotto lol.
btw the Chapel Hill Target does have the psp version on the shelf but that's it and I'd doubt they'd sell it bc it's not the clearance thing.
oh and for the record, I'm officially banning Gamestop bc the reason my spot wouldn't sell early like they normally do is because apparently Gamestop narc'd on them and they got a $20,000 fine.These days I'm less like "Jailhouse Rock" Elvis and more like "dying alone on the toilet" Elvis.Comment

I just left a store in Levittown, PA that had the PS3 version on the shelf. Of all the searching I have done in the past week, this was the first store I actually saw it in. I got an employee to get it out of the case and take it to the register only to have the dreaded "sell not allowed" message pop up. There was no reasoning with them either. They basically pulled the "someone could get fired" line. So yeah, close but no cigar. The woman at the register then had another worker pull the rest of MLB '11 off the shelf.
I have the game pre-ordered at Gamestop to pick up at midnight Tuesday morning, but I've been so impatient waiting for this game! Oh well, there is no point in searching anymore since it comes out in three days.Comment

My fault, haven't been able to get to my PC in a couple days. I know a place in Maryland that has it early. Would have gotten it Thursday when they had it, however, I pre-order at Lamestop to get the 30 days of MLBTv.
