sweet!! I am new to the ps3 and the show and that was my only concern. does that apply to all game modes like RTTS, online leagues etc?

Yes you can have behind the pitcher views in all game modes.

Looks good in general, but why is the guy using his highly exclusive limited playing time to use classic pitching and button fielding? Shouldn't he be using his opportunity more wisely and try the big new feature, the analogue controls? haha

I wasnt expecting the game to look that much different from last years, but WOW was i wrong the lighting alone makes the game look amazing!

i noticed they improved the cloth physics for the jerseys greatly!

in addition to noticing it in the Red Sox vs. Yankees video, look at this one

at about 4:00 Prince is stepping up to the place, he jerks his shoulder and you can see wrinkles form in his sleeve and STAY THERE while he moved his arm around in and swings (i think the jersey "resets" when the camera cuts away).

Last year, while the jerseys certainly did look realistic, they always returned to their default position like elastics, great to see "dynamic" (if that's what you could call it) cloth textures this year!

Were just so used to hearing Rex's babbling and insults that E.K's normal commentary sounds unnatural but it's such a welcome addition

I'm glad you guys are seeing that.
It's the first thing we noticed at community day. It's even better in person AND with all the different cloud covers...skies...etc. Even the gloomy rain looks pretty damn awesome.(if rain can)
...and the artists and stadium guys worked HARD on improving this portion of the game....so I'm sure they appreciate you guys noticing and loving it!
