You can't unless you have two controllers until the full game comes out

Slow pitch speed, boost contact and power sliders.

When your starting pitcher is warming up, and you uploaded music and added it to that slot, will it still play while you are warming up, or will it go to the stadium music?

I noticed while messing about with the CAMERA EDITOR that the blurry/low res crowd behind the plate goes away with some zooiming.
If you choose last years PITCHER view they r high quality.
If you scroll through all the Team specific network cameras, the crowd is all banged up.
BUt pick one of those cams then edit and zoom and then when u zoom past a certain point, voila, they sharpen up.
Wonder if that goes along with having those cams or if they can be fixed up by release date.

Anyways, thats what I found out.

Boy, I really hope this all of us talking about it and bringing the issue up might actually help to get something done. What bothers me the most is I was really excited to use all broadcast cameras for each individual team/stadium, but that blurring is really awful to look at. Sorta an eye sore. I'm really still keeping hope alive that the full game will have it fixed, and if it's not I have every hope that SCEA will fix it in a patch. Later

Unfortunately I had this happen in a game already. Not to me but the computer. I hit a deep ball to right center and Cody Ross went back to catch the ball and the ball went right through the webbing of his glove. Bummer. I took pics. I try and post them soon. Later

I've noticed on hits to the first baseman(computer/AI), the first baseman will field the ball and run over to first stepping on first with his foot and then turning and throwing to the second baseman for around the horn. But when I run over to first I usually run or walk through the bag. Is there a way to just step on the bag (ala computer/AI) instead of moving through it? Thanks, much appreciated. Later

3 questions...I tried some searching but some of the terms are ambiguous.

                        1) Has the quick-menu been disabled for the demo or has it been moved to a different button or deleted entirely? (used to be 'up' on the d-pad). I got in the habit of using it last year because of the freezing issue associated with the pause/start button.

                        2) When you are batting, in the lower corner of the screen it says "R2 Swing Info". R2 does nothing, BUT L3 brings up the Swing Info screen (as it did last year)...after you push L3 the icon changes to "L3 Swing Info" and then stays that way until the next pitch when it reverts back to "R2 Swing Info". Is there something changing here in the final version or is this a glitch?

                        3) Can we still not turn off ALL the fielding markers? I use Auto Fielding and I find the glowing, rotating circles around the player's feet to be useless, plus they detract from the 'immersion'. There seem to be options to turn them off in the game, but even when they are all "OFF" the marker still remains...

Still the best game on the planet though

Is there any way you can get feedback as to how well you timed your stride?

Unfortunately no. I was hoping they could get that info in the swing analysis. Maybe next year.

I'm REALLY struggling fielding using analog controls. I would say 6 out of 10 throws are "red" meaning NOT GOOD.

What are the pre-requisites to a good throw? I've read you need to pre-load your throw which I am doing. I assume the length of the direction held on the right stick (during the preload) determines power? So more umph from the outfield but lesser so on the infield eg for double plays?

Does the accuracy of the direction pushed influence a good or bad throw? Personally I think its pretty hard to consistently always push exactly left/up/right/down on the analogs and maybe this is my problem? There is no feedback to determine this either, other than the red circle. Think it would be a good idea to show the line drawn from the direction held (similar to NHL training mode/replay mode) so you can see exactly what your doing with the right analog stick.

Other than that I think I'm enjoying the hitting/pitching but it is difficult and a bit of a change from the buttons. I'll stick with it though because the benefits are there to see just have to get over the learning curve.

Nope. I have been pushing for this detail to get in as well!
