I'm not going to post the entire list(too many players right now) but Joe Beimel is one of them.

Thx man, great news. The Pirates roster is almost perfect. The only ones missing are Kevin Hart, Jose Ascanio, Wyatt Toregas, Tyler Yates and Donnie Veal, but it`s totally understandable since neither played last year and I dont think any of them will have an impact on the team.

do fans actually catch balls in the stands now? When a pitcher takes a baseball to the face, do they actually get injured instead of act like nothing happened?

That's too bad. I don't care about seeing it move, I just want the option to have it open or closed like you can do in madden. As a Jays fan and someone who usually just plays franchise with the Jays, I won't be getting the game this year. Huge letdown.

Its been stated a few times that the faster you push the stick up, the more velocity you get on the pitch (analog pitching)

I can't reproduce that in the demo no matter how hard I try. Whether I flick it up at hyper speed or at a smooth slow pace, the speed of Lincecum's 4 seamer is 94-96

Do you guys who have the game all agree that the faster you push up the stick the more velocity you get?

i think its more effort and arc. a 4 seamer wouldn't really change much in speed, as once its get under 90 you are looking at a changeup. whats the point of choosing fastball if you are just gonna slow it down to a changeup anyway.

but a slider, or a curve ball should have more room for difference, in both speed and movement.

I'm not referring to taking a mph or two off a fb. I have read that moving the stick up faster ADDS to the velocity but I have not experienced this.

For me, the fb speed remains the same no matter how slowly or quickly I push it up

How does the scoreboard look at Wrigley Field? Are all team names on the scoreboard in capital letters? EG: COLORADO. From the screenshots I've seen, it looks as if it says "Colorado." That is not correct.

So you are passing up on probably the sports game of the year because a roof wont close?

Ya I am. I have no doubt that it'll be a great game, but I've been waiting for this forever. It really takes away the realism for me. I can't stand when I do my Jays franchise and they're wearing long shirts til June because the roof is open. And now it's going to be raining? You'll never see a drop of rain fall on the field at the rogers centre in reality, so it just will disappoint me even more when I see it in the game. That's the one addition I really wanted to see and it's not there, so for me its a dealbreaker. I'd much rather them make the retractable stadiums with open/close options than the classic ballparks.

I haven't hit the pitcher in the face yet, just the legs. There was a cutscene with the manager and catcher coming to him, but he stayed in the game.

Fans do not catch the baseball this year.

it won't rain in the Rogers Centre in the game. You can only have clear skies.

IMO, baseball should never be played in a dome, or closed roof. But that is just the purest in me.

As for Toronto, it will not rain there.
