Re: MLB 11: All 30 Broadcast Camera Angles
Not a fan of the Braves camera but it's realistic, the pitcher blocks the plate. I wish Fox would go to the more traditional cam they've used in the past.
Either way these look great, can't wait for Tuesday.Comment

I could have sworn they only tried out that angle for a few games mid-season, and then reverted back to the regular.Comment

Awesome, thats what I was hoping. It will make road games have a different feel. I am looking forward to pitching from all those different broadcast cams throughout the season. I really like Boston's cam. Directly over head and a little zoomed in. Don't like the Rays cam, way to offcentre.Comment

Re: MLB 11: All 30 Broadcast Camera Angles
Are you sure that broadcast isn't a little more zoomed in than normal? Notice you can't see any of the mound and I don't think it's like that all the time.Comment

Gotta agree with you, I'm not much of a Twins follower but there broadcast cam is about the best pitching cam you're gonna find anywhere.Comment

Re: MLB 11: All 30 Broadcast Camera Angles
I've checked with more than one team. It's the same situation for the Red Sox. The angle with respect to the mound looks pretty accurate, it's just that the backstop height really jumps out on a bunch of these. Go look at a video of Wrigley. You'll see what I'm talking about.
And I cut off the mound on the picture on accident when I cropped the screenshot. It was initially there.Comment

You know, now that I think about it the backstops have always been a little too high in The Show. In 09 it was even more off as Wrigley looked like a fortress behind the batter. It's a minor detail though so I'm not really that concerned about it. Gives them something to fix for next year I guess. lolI've checked with more than one team.
