What's the bug?

Team and player options (including both) don't work.You can choose the option, but it won't go in the player's contract.

What game/mode did you experience the glitch in?

Franchise.

How did it happen or what do you do to trigger it? Can it be recreated?

I tried to put a option in a player's contract.It can be recreated every time you try to sign a player.

How often can the bug be reproduced?

Every time you try and sign a player.

I simmed ahead and broke the runs scored record in RTTS, but the game doesn't acknowledge it. I believe this happened in 2010 as well. Also, no one ever makes the hall of fame in RTTS.

Bug or Glitch
Online league

When creating an 18 team, 6 division league...the league is created with 4 slots in the AL west and only 2 in the NL east. Rest are correct with 3 teams each.

This happens to be the league setting we are going with: 18 users, no cpu, 8 playoff teams

Tried to reset, choose a new first team, and mess with other options to change it.

Bug
The scoreboard at Tropicana Field, when it shows the lineups, shows the player's primary position, not the position they are playing in the game. In my case, the Yankees' lineup shows both Reid Brignac & Jhonny Peralta (DH) as SS and the Rays' lineup shows Magglio Ordonez & Jeff Francoeur (DH) as RF.

How often?
Any game at Tropicana Field, and a player playing his secondary position or DH. Watch the scoreboard between innings. This was in '10 also but with any video board that showed the lineups.

No rumble confirmation when trying to activate the swing influence left or right. Up and down gives you rumble confirmation only.

Jerry Blevins and Craig Breslow of the Oakland Athletics are both 6-8 and 181 pounds. Blevins is actually 6-6 and 175 pounds while Breslow is actually 5-11 and 190 pounds.

I played two franchise games tonight. I'm the Astros. The last one in the series with Philly and the first in the series with Cincy.

In Philly: 1:35 start, Overcast (Philly in Alternate home uni, Astros alt, away)

In Cincy: 7:00 Start. Clear skies (Cincy Home uni, Astros alt, away)

In both games the jersey would never get dirty. The pants were dirty in both games, but the jerseys never were. It was bizarre. Not a huge deal, just thought I would mention it.

It happened in back to back games, so I would say yes on the recreation.

After a little more investigation, it is happening in every franchise game I play.

The jersey will be dirty the rest of the half inning, but at the start of the next half inning the jersey will go back to clean. The pants will remain to be dirty.

It only happens with dirt. Grass stains seems to stay. Also, in some instances it will seem the jersey stays dirty while the pants are clean. Seems to be completely random though.

In top of 9th inning at Busch Stadium, the Reds inserted Edgar Renteria to pinch-hit. As he walked to the plate, his walkup audio played. This should never happen for away teams.

Whats the bug?
When I use the "guess pitch" feature and guess the pitch and location correctly, the coverage indicator does not line up with the location.

Essentially, I like to guess the bottom 1/4 a lot because I have a tendency to chase balls in the dirt. Sometimes, a pitcher will throw a ball in the upper part of that bottom 1/4 (so basically right down the middle). Even when I have "perfect timing", I almost always foul the pitch off because my plate-coverage-indicator is stuck at the bottom of the zone and it says my contact is only "Okay" or something similar.

I think it is a glitch or bug because I shouldn't be penalized for guessing the correct zone and not being able to adjust my plate-coverage-indicator.

Loss of functionality after computer controlled throw to infield went over intended targets head.

Playing RTTS as a RF, ball was hit to the wall, player ran to the location indicator (Shown against the wall not on the ground) and caught the ball at the wall. Computer made an automatic throw back into the infield.

Announcer said "He overthrew him!" (paraphrased) Player regained control of outfielder, ball rolled past home plate on the ground with red ball marker highlight still lit.

Batter in mid "return to dug out" trot across infield breaks for home and then stood there unmoving. No CPU controlled player reacts to the ball.

Player ran controlled RF to infield picked up the ball and threw to 1B. First baseman immediately begins repeating the touch the base animation.

The game did not respond and the player can not exit game via the pause menu because it is in mid play. Player must exit the game via the PS home screen or system reboot.

How often can the bug be reproduced?
Only seen once.

The away pitcher Pulled slot in the sounds of the show does not work after the pitcher is taken out of the game.

Every game that the away pitchers is pulled.

When the Cpu or another control is taking the pitcher out.

DH is not being used when the NL All-Stars are the home team for the All-Star game. This was a rule change made last year (which was made just after '10 came out).

Every All-Star game with the NL All-Stars as the home team. Again, this was a rule change that was made last year.

Whats the bug? In the contact drill in RTTS, I had 3 or 4 instances where I received a failing grade on a hit that was fair because the contact was poor. When I clicked the Left Stick to see what the reading was, the contact was Superb or Solid.

** Edit - had the same drill a few weeks later and had the same bug. Hit a 240 ft line drive to right field, said i failed for poor contact, clicking left stick said it was "solid" contact.
