    Re: A PERFECT GAME!!!!

I won't stop my game or anything when I don't get one, but I'd consider throwing a nohitter or perfect game a bigger goal of mine, as I would assume most people do. Last year I made it about 110 or so games into a season, and never threw a perfect game or no hitter, and I'd say the furthest I got was about 6 or 7 innings until I gave up a hit.

I finally got The Show 11 today, play as the Tigers with Verlander against Baltimore in an exhibition, and what do you know, I throw a perfect game in my first game of 2011 after not being able to throw one in 2010.

I had 7 K's, and had two scary moments, as in the 8th Guerrero hit a for sure single up the middle, but it hit Verlander and he was able to make the play. Also in the 9th Jackson was able to chase down a fly ball that reminded me almost too much of the play he made in Galarraga's "perfect game" last year.

I played on All-Star as that's what I used last year, but this year I might have to move up a level if I continue to pitch well in my next couple of games.

Garza's no hit streak lasted another 4 2/3 innings Troy Tuluwitzky broke it up. Garza line was a ND, 7 1/3 innings, no runs on 2 hits. He had no run support. His hitless streak lasted 22 2/3 innings

Big Z had a perfecto going into the 8th. He walked Barrett and then Hudson homered

Dempster pitched 8 perfect innings. Despite my record I might up the difficulty.

                  Re: A PERFECT GAME!!!!

I just threw my first no-no in all of my years playing The Show (first one was 06, I think. Whichever one Papi was on the cover). I threw it with Clayton Richard against Kansas City. I had one error that was a high throw that was an out, and missed my perfect game with a walk in the 7th. I was kinda salty about that. The way I scored the run was hilarious because I hit a rocket off the pitcher haha My only other video game no hitter was with Ollie P (gag) in 2K7 I was just playing the game real quick for the "Salute The Troops" trophy, try the Padres out, and to fill time before I went to a wake. Pretty happy I finally got one off in this years game. It's been a struggle, but I love how you can set up hitters this year. All-Star on everything with default sliders too, in case yous were wondering.

Sorry about my previous post - looking back at it now, I didn't mean for it to be that much of a jerk post. Take at least a picture next time of the final boxscore and player oft he game stuff so that you produce proof.

And honestly.....bump the difficulty up, because you should NEVER be able to throw back to back games with the same guy like that....ever!!
i still dont get why he has to produce proof? Obviously he doesn't really care if you personally believe him or not, lol.
