I have drilled a pitcher just three times, twice they left the game...

No, it's called you are having an unrealistic amount of perfect timing that does not happen in the big leagues. It is not the fault of the game. But you timing is too good for that level. And you are not pulling the ball enough or hitting opposite enough.

If pitchers had to face timing like that in real life, their careers would be either over or way too short due to guys having them figured out.

I barely see those up the middle shots at the pitchers. I did on lower difficulties in years past when I would time everything so well.

As far as the pitcher getting injured. I can agree. Depending on where he gets hit, he should. But of you are injuring pitchers all game every game. One has to look at their timing.

95% of my playtime thus far has been in RTTS and most of the pitcher hits I've seen have been when the CPU is batting (I play CF so I get all those up-the-middle plays), I can tell you that it happens once every 2 games or so (CPU vs CPU) -- obviously this is only half of all the hitting that goes on -- so if I played full games I bet we'd see it once a game.

Ya they prob had injuries, then realized how often it was happening while testing the game.

Personally I think pitchers getting hit by batted balls happens way too often. It happens at least once a game for me.

I don't tend to hit too many back up the middle directly at the pitcher, but injuries resulting from this should definitely be in MLB 12. At least pitchers leaving for the game in some instances, though it should be an option to turn off in case it happens too often (multiple times each game).

the thing i hate about it the most, is when the pitcher picks up the ball and throws you out. It happened to me in RTTS 3 times in one game last night. I was so pissed. Its happened way to often just like last year. its a rare occurrence that the ball hitting the pitcher let alone that ball not totally injuring the pitcher

Yeah a HR off a bounce ball? I don't know about that one. Even for Vlad that would take amazing strength. Now if it was Paige from Bases Loaded, then I would believe it.

Anyways, this doesn't happen to often, but when it does the pitcher should be injured and leave the game or at least suffer some sort attribute losses.

I keep hearing in the commentary injury to the throwing leg or arm yet they can still throw the same heat as before.
No, I mean there is some truth too it though.
