Hehe bumping down to Veteran has done the trick. I played out a game in my Met's franchise vs the Astros this morning and everything seemed to click. 14 hits, 5 HR's and 12 runs.

I think Veteran hitting, Allstar pitching is where I will stay for a while.

Vetran is where I'm at with Analog, too, and I'm just starting to get a feel for the timing.

There's batting practice somewhere on the main menu. I always start off with practice and go back to it from time to time, especially with the new hitting system.

The key is timing first, if you have the timing down on a good 75% of pitches then work on your eye for the strike zone.

I have never had a good eye for the strike zone but my timing on pitches is exceptional. I only force the opposing starters to throw about 85-90 pitches on average but i still win more than i lose.
