What's the bug?
My RTTS player is up to bat, men on 1st and 3rd, the count was 1-2 or something of that nature. Next pitch comes in. It's inside, I take it, and goes by the catcher for a wild pitch. Guy on 3rd scores, guy on first moves up to 2nd. When it's time for me to bat again the count is 0-0. I even work the count up to 3-2 again before getting a 7 pitch single.

What game mode did you experience the bug/glitch in? (Gameplay, RTTS, Franchise, Online, Front End, etc.....)

Whats the bug? When playing in Busch Stadium (STL) or at Camden Yards (BAL), before the games first pitch the cpu will remove their 2B or 3B automatically for another player on the bench.

What game mode did you experience the bug/glitch in? (Gameplay, RTTS, Franchise, Online, Front End, etc.....) Franchise & Season

How did it happen or what did you do to trigger it? Can you recreate it? Yes.

How often can the bug be reproduced? Every time

Check their lineups, the guy starting might be someone out of position.

Bug
Your player is always shown as batting right during BP even if he bats left or switch, similar to an earlier bullpen bug where it would always show the upcoming batters as being righties.

How often?
Every pre-game BP with a lefty or switch hitter.

What's the bug?

In Kauffman Stadium when you are the away team and try to put somebody to warm up in the bullpen, it will instead show the Royal's bullpen. If they have someone warming up, you are in a screen behind the catcher who is see through on part of his body. This glitch is annoying for me because I really like seeing my players warm up in their bullpen and not the home team, I dont even see my players in the bullpen with this glitch at this stadium

Not sure but it always seems to happen in my season mode with Yankees.

Everytime I play at Kauffman Stadium as the Yankees in my season mode.

Whats the bug?
Adam Dunn steps in, takes a fastball inside for a ball, next pitch comes in high and hot, and I take a swing. Out in front a bit, but still made good contact. Ball clearly hits foul pole (listen for accompanying sound on linked video). Both umps who are visible begin the "circle the bases" motion indicating fair ball. Right as Dunn passes first, he suddenly appears back in the box to finish the at bat with a 1-1 count.

I am aware of the feature in which home run fair/foul calls are reviewed, but that does not appear to be what happened here. Umpires never conferred with one another, no cut scenes, and announcers never mentioned it as being reviewed, just continued to talk about Dunn's 21st HR of the year as he was back in the batter's box. Replay vault/filters show it as Home Run both immediately after play and at the end of the game as well (in fact he had two outcomes in the replay vault for that single at bat: the HR, and the subsequent strikeout), but the HR, RBI did not show up in Dunn's line on the box score. Run was not tallied in game score.

After watching the video multiple times now, it appears that the home plate umpire begins a separate motion (possibly to indicate foul), prior to the ball hitting the pole and then he gives the fair signal. Perhaps the CPU had already started processing the next play (i.e., back in the box), prior to the animation completing.

My RTTS player drills the pitcher with a line drive, ball drops to ground, I'm running to first, pitcher begins to bend over to pick up ball to make the throw, umpires call the out. Granted, I probably would have been thrown out anyway, but that was my last at-bat trying to continue a 22 game hitting streak.

Not sure if it is appropriate to use this thread to speculate on possible causes for some of these glitches, but I keep thinking about that Adam Dunn home run I posted about earlier.

It would take a developer to comment on this and speak to whether this could possibly happen. Unfortunately, my recording isn't crisp enough to go back and check this. I did mention seeing the ball ricochet off the foul pole (in conjunction with the hollow thunk sound made by the foul pole). However, I'm not sure exactly what happened just prior to that.

Bear with me for a minute while I set this up...have any of you experienced a curve ball thrown so that it bounces in front of the plate, yet takes a high bounce and actually ends up crossing the plate close to or in the strike zone? When that has happened to me, the correct call "ball" is generally made; however, the commentators often make remarks about "I'm not sure where that one missed" because it passed through the strike zone (but only after bouncing). Also, if you press R3 to look at the series of pitches, there will be a ball indicator where it passed the plate (not where it bounced). But, my point is the commentators comment based on the final position of the ball.

So, back to the homerun that wasn't: I have no idea if the programmers could set up a scenario to test this, but what if that ball actually crossed over or passed the foul pole in foul territory (thus triggering the "foul ball" signal that the home plate umpire begins to make), but then hits some part of the stadium facade, and is redirected and secondarily hits the foul pole (causing the sound and ricochet that I saw).

Is it possible that the collision with foul pole triggered the umpire to change to the fair signal, and also triggered the commentators dialog about the homerun. Thus, like the curve ball situation, the correct call was made, but some visual evidence and dialog contradict the correct call?

I know this is reaching, and would take a rare series of events to recreate, but could it be the possible explanation?

One remaining thing that makes me think it was a legitimate HR, though, is Dunn's reaction...he never hesitates, just takes off for his trot, doesn't even seem to consider foul as an option. Who knows for sure?

The Game AI doesn't seem to value players over the age of 25 who haven't reached their potential-either in trade or FA. More than once I've seen no bids on the likes of Jordan Schafer and Jason Pridie.

While I have a runner on third base the pitcher steps off and my base runner will automatically try to steal home.

Roster's did not expand to 40 players on September first in Franchise mode. They did not expand until the minor league regular season was complete. I am in my first season of the franchise.

How did it happen or what did you do to trigger it? Can you recreate it? If I tried to put an additional guy on my 25 man Major League Roster (virtually call up a man on my 40 man) and play a game I would get the pop up preventing me from playing because I had 26 men on my 25 man roster.

How often can the bug be reproduced? From Sept 1, to end of minor-league regular season in Franchise mode. After the minor league regular season was complete I was able to add additional players to play in a Major League game.

Whats the bug?

The Game AI gives players not on 40 minimal trade value and will release them once contract is up. Even talented players like Jacob Turner and Mike Moustakas will be treated like this if not on 40.

The announcers will stop talking for multiple innings at a time. The PA announcer also stops talking. When they start talking againnthey start by announcing or commenting on serving from a couple of innings back.

What's the bug?
Some players practice swings have begun glitching and jerking around and so does some of the play at random times in the game. By glitching in the game I mean a player standing under a ball for a catch and the player jerking to the side and back again (if that makes any sense)

happens only in franchise mode

it can be recreated whenever playing a franchise mode game

I wonder if this is a problem from a patch or something as my game was working perfectly well. please help someone

I'm sure this has been mentioned several times before, but just in case.....

When watching an instant replay of a home run, the player on deck is displayed on the scoreboard. For example, as I watched the slo-mo replay of Rod Barajas going yard at AT&T Park last night, Chad Billingsley's name and stats were on the screen. This happens in every stadium - not just limited to Giants or Dodgers.

It's only a small one, but should be easy to fix.
