Just started a franchise with the Indians and i can't get a hit for Choo to save my life. Similar to the original poster...i'm a fan of his and i think i get more anxious when he comes up to bat. More often than not i strike out. It doesn't matter if i'm patient or aggressive...it just seems like whatever choice i make is the wrong one!

I too am running an Indians franchise - I could do NOTHING with Grady Seizmore. I ended up trading him because I was getting frustrated..and I needed pitching

ON the flip side - Matt Laporta is my dude!!! I have him hitting cleanup - my timing is spot on when I am hitting with him.

I started doing batting practice timing and discipline with Justin Upton before every game and it's been working. Finally got his average up over .200 and 1 HR in just a few games.

I decided to do BP with anybody who is struggling before each game and its worked. Ryan Roberts was hitting .100 as he just became a starter 4 games ago because of injury. And after his first session of BP he went 3-4 and 1 HR in the next game.

Try it out... Might give you a physchological edge.

Ichiro. I can never manage anything better than around a .250 OBP with him. Makes it basically impossible to play as the Mariners because for them to have any chance he has to do well.

Matt Stairs. Also I tend to struggle with "shorter than average" hitters. Robinson Cano/Dan Uggla etc.
