I'm not exactly sure what qualifies you to be the judge of a fantasy draft contest, especially given the results of your own fantasy draft, but here goes, I threw this one together 5 minutes ago, just for this contest... I used Knight's OSFM Opening Day rosters...

As you can see, I heavily favoured pitchers, choosing my 5 starters in the first 5 rounds, then Santana, Bard, Chapman, Robertson... It has left my offense a bit short but just ask the Giants, they did it last year with great pitching and average offense... I'm the Astros btw...

Your pitching staff and my bats would win 150 games a year! I created this team for fun a month ago, then stopped playing. Had to start using them again now that I am addicted to analog swing. I am like 35-10. #1 offense, #20something defense and pitching, #1 overall.

in a fantasy draft i had votto was 7th and tulo was 11th overall.......

I used current online rosters. Trades off, season mode. I took Tulo like #5 overall, then Votto late round 2, then Longo early round 3. I actually had to dig deep to get Longo. There was 2 other 3B above him still available. I wanted stud defensive players at SS and 3B, but didn't want weak bats there. Then I got luck with Weeks; didn't plan on getting him, he was the best available 2B when my 4th round pick came up. After those 4, I started taking SPs and RPs.

The first 3 rounds were pretty routine. The CPU is taking all these closers and aging veterans.
