I used current online rosters. Trades off, season mode. I took Tulo like #5 overall, then Votto late round 2, then Longo early round 3. I actually had to dig deep to get Longo. There was 2 other 3B above him still available. I wanted stud defensive players at SS and 3B, but didn't want weak bats there. Then I got luck with Weeks; didn't plan on getting him, he was the best available 2B when my 4th round pick came up. After those 4, I started taking SPs and RPs.

The first 3 rounds were pretty routine. The CPU is taking all these closers and aging veterans.

I would love to see fantasy draft re-done. They need to rank the players on a number of things; not just overall ability. I would love to see the CPU draft logic take into account how many more years before arbitration, how many years before free agency, age, potential, position importance, etc. I hate seeing 35 year old closers, with 1 year contracts, going in round 1, and Mike Stanton going in round 20! The CPU should think, if I draft Pujols, I have control of him for 1 year. But if I draft Stanton, I get to pay him 500K a year for the next two years, and I have control of him for the following 3 years. Plus they should look at pitchers and say, Brian Wilson is a failed starting pitcher that will give my team 60 innings per year. I can find another failed starter in my system and convert him. I should probably not spend my 1st round pick on 60 innings. Clayton Kershaw, on the other hand, pitches 4 times as many innings, and I control him for another 3 years.
