Well, I recently started getting interested in Internet Baseball League (like Dynasty League but free), so the Show is getting less playtime. I still have a blast with the game though; it fits in with my rotation of the Show plus Madden, Black Ops and FIFA

i gave away my copy of The Show as soon as NCAA 12 was released and now with Madden, those have been the only two games that will be in my PS3 for a while

Still playing.

Knew I would be in an NCAA Dynasty with some buddies, so I built up a cushion of games on MLB to make up for the fact that wouldn't be playing as regularly. My season is about midway through September, and I'll do my best to finish it no later than the real-life MLB season.

Right now, I fit in a game when I'm ready to advance in my NCAA dynasty but other players aren't. I've tried playing later at night, just to make sure that I don't get behind, but I've found that my reactions at the plate aren't good at night. I've got a decent lead on the 2nd place team in my division, so a few losses won't hurt my playoff chances. But, I have Konerko battling Cabrera for the AL home run lead, and Alexi Ramirez battling Cabrera for the AL batting title, and I don't want to see those slip away due to my inability to bat late at night.

Plus, now that we have college football on Saturdays it makes the equation even more difficult--I'll either be watching all day, or out tailgating and going to a game.

But...I'm still playing, and will continue to do so.

I swear that in-game saves has increased the replayability of this game. I don't always have a 60-90 minutes to get in a game of The Show, but I do have 20-40 minutes, so it's nice to fire up a game, play until I have to stop, save and then continue the game the next time I start up The Show.

Without in-game saves, I doubt I'd make it very far with this game.

I LOVE the NFL. Football is my favorite sport. I look forward to it every year.

But I don't stop playing MLB The Show. It's the best sports game out there and waaaaay better than Madden, and waaay more realistic. And I don't even have MLB The Show 11 yet......(still on 10)

Really? I don't think I've noticed that and I could've sworn I've re-started games where pitchers confidence meter was low, but maybe they started with a low meter?

I'm still playing, trying to put together a win streak so that I can make the playoffs. I'm 6 games behind the White Sox for the wildcard, with about 6 weeks of baseball left. Unfortunately though, I don't see the Sox again all year, so I really have my work cut out for me.

Anyway, what this guy said:

The thing about The Show is it feels like a game that doesn't have issues anymore. Yes, it has quite a few things that could be done to make it better, but none of those things feel like serious problems because the variety and challenge I see from game to game keep me coming back.

The Show is one of two games (the other being NBA 2K) that is never out of the rotation for me...it's only replaced by each new iteration.

I am currently on another uptick with it as well...I've played about 2 games a day (on the days I play any video games at all, that is) during these past few weeks.

I can't get myself to play a game of baseball anymore. While I still watch my Yankees everyday, but after I load up The Show, the feeling is just simply not there right now. Not sure what's wrong with me.

I agree about all games should have the in-game save feature. The downside for me is resuming the game loses pitch analysis, which I like to view, and you lose the previous highlights shown at end of game.

I never trade in the show until this year.

I felt not enough was done to keep me playing all year long from the previous year. Little touches are not enough to keep me playing 162 games.

There are serious issues I have with the game taking to much control from me. This is how they get their game to be so sim like.

I am hoping that more user control is allowed next year when playing defense and that the fields look much better then the pale green they are now.

I am sure SCEA will make a much better improvement from this year to next then last year to this year.

I'm still playing MLB 10

I rotate my sports titles on a regular basis, and for baseball, I usually play 20-30 games before shelving it for a while to play something else, repeat, repeat. Once I find a game I like a lot....I tend to keep it for a while.

Still playing! I'm about a week behind the real-life MLB schedule. My Rox are leading the division over the Giants by a 1/2 game.

Down the stretch they come.
