I'd like to see that all the player portraits have a generic MLB hat and jersey or something more uniform so that when you move players from team to team, especially after an offseason or two in franchise mode, you have players with all different hats and jerseys. It would just be a nice small touch to add, to give it more of a uniform, real roster like look.

fixing the free agency bug, properly re-signing young players because they haven't reached 6 years in the pros. Getting a real big money contract when you're the best player in the league.

Since you brought that up, it'd be great if you offer a player a long-term contract within those six years, he doesn't want to, so you settle on a one year deal before the season starts instead of him going on free agency. I had that happen to me a week ago when I finished my first seasons and tried re-signing Mat Latos and Cameron Maybin to longer contracts. They both ended up in free agency at Spring Training.

I know how you can wear the white jersey and alt home pants would make it have the red socks, and then youd select red hat. The only thing I can't figure out is to get the red helmet since it's based on the jersey, so itd go to the blue helmet. I also think it would have the blue undershirt and accessories, which is red in real life. They really should make it to where you can have this jersey combination in the game because the rangers wore it s lot last year. They wore so much that it was basically their number 1 home jersey combination. If anyone would know how you could get the red helmet in there let me know.

Unlikely, since a static photograph is used to display their facial image in game. Not much can be done about it...

Except maybe...NOT using a static photograph in CERTAIN game modes.

I fully understand how the real pics make the presentation that much more impressive and authentic, but when you leave behind the simplicity of the 'out-of-box' mode, such as a exhibition game with current/real life lineups, some of us feel it actually hampers presentation.

Every mode allows you to mix up rosters at your will, therefore the visual can become somewhat of a disturbance rather than a bonus.

Personally, I don't mind so much during games...it's on the roster screens during my fantasy-roster Franchises where it becomes very confusing cycling through face after face after face...and you can't help but seeing a different logo with every click, only to have practically NONE of them coincide with what team you are viewing.
