Google "WinRar". You can find it for free, install the program. Then the file you downloaded should look like a bunch of books. Use WinRar to unzip files into a folder. Then put on a portable device. Plug into PS3, go to PS3 memory, you click on your device and copy over.

You just double click the downloaded franchise file. WinRar will come up, click extract and choose desktop for extract location. You should have it from there."Undaunted, I knew the game was mine to win. Just like in life, ALL of my successes depend on me. Re: For those who want Playoff mode, 2011 version
Having some issues. I got the files downloaded, and i have a mac so it's unzipping the thing automatically when it finishes downloading. I renamed the main folder PS3, then made and renamed a subfolder SAVEDATA, like i'm supposed to. I copy the folder over to my flash drive, go to the PS3, plug it in, go to saved data utility, hit X, it recognizes the drive, but says there is nothing in it. I've done it like 15 times now and its pissing me off. I tried re-downloading it like 3 times, but the same result over and over. Annoying. I WANNA PLAY!Comment

That's how it should be, 4 files. Now go where MLB Show game shows up on the dashboard. Go above, should be PS3 File Management. Click on it, find your device and copy over. It may have to be on a thumb drive, not sure how a mem stick works."Undaunted, I knew the game was mine to win. Just like in life, ALL of my successes depend on me. Re: For those who want Playoff mode, 2011 version
Let me try and make this a bit easier on you guys. Follow these instructions....
Place a USB device into your PS3.
Copy an MLBTS file from the Saved Game Utility to your USB. This will create a PS3 & SAVEDATA folder for you.
Transfer your USB to your PC
DL the file Yankees2009 has posted.
Make sure you unzip it after you DL
Transfer the first folder named "BCUS98251_FRAN_0000000094E9BC3E" to your USB in the SAVEDATA folder you just created with your PS3
This folder contains 4 files.
Transfer your USB to your PS3.
Access the Saved Data Utility on your XMB
Open the USB on your XMB. you should see the file you just transferred.
If you dont, then instead of pressing X to view your USB on your XMB, then press TRIANGLE to view all.
When you see the file, press TRIANGLE to copy the file to your XMB.
When you fire up MLBTS the file will be in your saved 30 Team Franchises.Comment
