    Re: Community Day - GRAPHICS & SOUND - Questions/Concerns/Inquiries

Has anything been reworked or changed this year to the playoff atmosphere, with the crowd and announcing being more powerful and intense. Have celebrations been changed or varied?

R the sounds of the show bugs fixed? Like Yankee stadium default sounds playing at the same time as imported music

My question is on check swings where the base umpire is needed. Have they changed the animation of a strike with less than 2 strikes? No matter what the count was, the base umpire pumped his fist like he was calling strike 3. I would like to see a more nonchalant strike call when a check swing occurs with less than 2 strikes.

I play as the Phillies and they never have fireworks happen after home runs or after a winning game. Thanks.

I am pretty sure they do have fireworks for playoff games.

Just not for the regular season.

Sorry if this has already been posted ...

What I would like to see from a Presentation standpoint is for the first few games of the season, each player, when the walk up to the plate, should have last year's statistics as the graphic. After the first at-bat, continue to show the 2011 season stats, but then underneath, fill in what has happened in the current game, i.e. 1-1, RBI; 0-1, K. Once the opening week has concluded, last year's stats go away and then we roll into the 2012 stats.

Oh, just thought of one more thing:

Last year, it was really nice that we were able to edit the size and location of the Analog Pitch Meter. The only issue I had with that was that you weren't able to keep it in the same place when using Broadcast cam; you could only edit a specific team's broadcast camera.

Is there a way for me to shrink the analog pitch meter (I like it just in front of home plate) and have it stick there for ALL 30 teams? I wound up just going back to the default broadcast camera and size of the pitch meter because I didn't like having to use Colorado's Broadcast angle when playing in other ballparks.

Is this new presentation built on the Real-Time Presentation system?

In MLB 10, RTP looked like the future of the series -- it was great, but just a little rough around the edges. Last year it sort of stayed the same as the year before. It would be nice to see RTP expanded, improved, and integrated with this new presentation... more real-time, less cutscenes.

Can you check to see if any changes were made to how sleeve length works in cold weather games? It would be nice if it was fully user controlled rather than automatic (or at least maybe an option to override/separate cold weather gear-though that may be getting into more wishlist than checking...lol).

But I do know it is a struggle between memory. To add more to one thing in the sound department, robs from somewhere else in the game engine.

Memory sadly is the largest bottleneck on consoles.
Instead of having slots for Base Hit 1, 2, and 3. I wish it was Singles, Doubles, and Triples for sound slots instead.

My one question every year. Will we be able to change the mow pattern of the grass? Playing 81 home games looking at the same mow pattern gets old. Spice it up a little and let us change the pattern as an option before each game. Thanks for your time gentlemen.

Sorry to get off topic, but i never figured that out haha. How do you adjust the size and place of the meter? Thanks!

I agree...you have no idea how much that would increase my enjoyment of this game throughout the season..

                            1. Has AT&T park's LF wall been updated with replica cars and do the water cannons spray water on top of the RF wall when a HR is hit by the Giants?

                            2. Does the User Interface Menus show random players and/or stadiums instead of just the limited few that are shown in MLB 11?
