I went back and watched the "Nothing Gets You Closer" trailer for The Show 09 game, to see if anything correlates from that video to this one. The only thing remotely that I can see is the awkward standing up, reaching down tag from the catcher at the end of that video to the slick new turn around and slide back towards the plate and apply the tag towards the end of the new one. That might have been in last year's game and I just never saw it though. Great trailer, no matter what.

The third base coach following the ball? He looks up when the ball hits the third base and deflected in the air.

Maybe it's a new way that you can record gameplay replay videos with some better camera angles. I know that somewhat fits within the "feature" bill, but one problem with this game's replay record feature is you can't use any sort of preset camera angles, and you have to work with the roam-and-lock way of doing things. Maybe that low "broadcast-ish" camera we're seeing over and over is just one of those presets, if not the only one, and we can use it to record.

Maybe a full on 7th inning stretch?

As the equipment guy I gotta say things look promising....

Black cleats are finally black.
It appears that two sleeves can be worn (eg Maybin's right arm)
Looks like there's a new lowtop cleat. (Looks like I'll have fun with some of the color paneling)
The default rosters look to have a decent amount of editing already but I'm already taking mental notes of things that need changing.

Two colored sleeves were confirmed by the Community Day guys ala BJ Upton: One loose top sleeve and a tight under/compression sleeve.

I had to shelf MLB '11 - with the new ball physics, it's a whole new game.

And here I thought playing the previous version of The Show after the '10 & '11 Community Day's were tough, lol

Then there's Pulse Pitching... For someone that tried and never got into Analog (except for Fielding - love Analog fielding) I was ready for a change in Pitching (Meter guy)... I fell into Pulse Pitching right away - extremely well done and those that complained about Walks, you'll definitely see them using this pitching method!

My sentiments exactly.

How about a PS3/Vita bundle package? We've still been awaiting some sort of announcement on that where we can get a deal on having both of them, but it hasn't yet happened.

Things I LOVED seeing:

-Increased whip in pitchers arms. That arm action Josh Johnson has is incredible.
-Improved follow through for players swings

Also, I want to take a stab at this whole speculating thing. Is it a new mode involving playing classic games?

I noticed at Fenway the banner on the wall says "Fenway Park 99th Anniversary" but this season will be the 100th anniversary of Fenway Park. Either that's an epic misprint or it's eluding to the possibility to playing old games or recreating history. Hence the banner also saying "Baseball, Forever." Just my two cents. I'm probably way off.

Either that, or they will be including the different hats and things for the different holidays. I noticed the Veterans banners in Yankee Stadium and they were only there. Can't see them including that and NOT including the other things involving unis. Possibly just waiting till later to reveal it.
