Playing against the Marlins, Reyes bunts and barely beats it out.

Commentary says something to the effect of "If that was one of the Molina's, he'd be out by a mile."

    Just awesome.

In a game between DET & ANA Aybar leads off the game against Verlander and during the AB it cuts to both of them as Dave says "Thinking back to last year, this at bat could get interesting". If you remember, last year Aybar tried to bunt for a base hit during a no-hit bid by Verlander and they exchanged words.

I bunted the ball and the pitcher fielded the ball, tried to tag the runner going to first and the runner leaned out of the way then the pitcher threw the runner out at first.

Having a fastball called strike glance of the catchers glove allowing the runner to advance to third. As a former catcher I hate when that happens.

The ball got away from the cpu catcher up the third baseline and he threw to second almost picking me off.

on other thing was a over throw by my SS to first base and the ball ricocheted off the railing STRAIGHT up and came down about two or three seconds later... it must have hit off that hard cause it didn't come down very fast lol... just freaking awesome...
That pitcher thing has happened twice now. Both in good situations. In the one that happened tonight Helton made an amazing dive to stop the ball getting to the outfield. However his throw from the ground to the pitcher covering was low. The commentators said "That was an amazing play by Helton but his low throw over to the pitcher forced him to overrun the base. At first i thought the pitcher was just too slow but i rewatched the play and the commentary was absolutely right.

Gave up a home run with Cliff Lee and as the ball was coming down just at the fence, I jumped with my outfielder and the ball glanced off his glove and over the fence for a home run. Announcers said something along the lines of "what the Canseco was that?!" "I believe they're going to call that a home run!"

Incredibly frustrating, but also just plain awesome!

I don't know if this has been said, but I played a 14 inning game at Wrigley the other day, and at the end of the highlights Vasgersian says something under his breath like "I wonder if we can get a cab outta here at this time."

This is something that shouldn't be considered a "little thing" but I don't know where else to put it. Finally, after at least eight years in this game, on instant replays they have removed the audio of the replay itself, and left in the live ambient stadium noises. In other words, when the batter hits the ball in the replay and the crowd reacts to the play all in slow motion, the audio is finally left out.

Nice touch! I like to think they listened to my suggestion on that one.

I've found that if I have a pitcher warm and scheduled to come in next inning, and then simulate that half inning, he comes in.

A lot of times last year some random pitcher would come in who was not warming up, really annoying when I'm trying to skip through my at-bat innings to get to the save.

I am using classic pitching and used to doing somewhat of a hurry up pitching in my RTTS but after I have had 4 balks called on me in the last two days I find myself coming to a complete stop before releasing the pitch now, nice touch.

Last night in a Spring Training game, Adrian Gonzalez is up to bat, and some guy yells out in his best Rocky voice, "Yo, Aaaaaaaadriannn"
