Go into the at bat practice mode. If that doesn't make a difference after a while, lower the pitch speed.

No, you don't. If you pull the right analog stick down, your player will slide feet first. But in most of my experiences, if the catcher makes a throw and it is close, sliding feet first will result in getting thrown out. Hope that helps.

Ok so my online code does not work because my game is not from my region. However I was wondering if I will still have access to the SCEA online roster. It downloaded one automatically when I first turned on the game and im just wondering if it will continue to do this.

My friend had a question about this game:

"General PS3 question I guess. Can I play on a roommates PS3 by signing into my account and DLing the online pass without it using one one of my "devices"?

Roommates' PS3 is hardlined into the router while I'm up a flight of stairs."

Ok here are my questions:
1. What pitching system should I use ? I'm using classic I think , I press a button to select pitch and then press x to throw.

2. When using classic pitching ( or whatever I'm using) how do I choose the fastness of the pitch ? Do I hold down the button longer ?

3. Why do all the people on the forum use legendary / hard batting and pitching but complain about the game being hard? Is there something I'm missing? I'm using rookie , is harder modes mabye easier in a way ? Idk.

4. When I bat I usually miss , foul, or hit a popper straight into the opponents glove . Any tips on hitting far balls that are lower to the ground and are not a easy catch ?

5. I havent played a baseball game since wii sports baseball, haha ,
Any other general tips? , mabye road to the show tips, I was thinking of starting a franchise any tips?

I have a question about Road to the Show: is there any rhyme or reason why when I start a new player, load my saved rosters that have all the players in their appropriate classes (A/AA/AAA), players that are normally in the MLB club are in the minors?

I have a question about the Franchise mode:

after completing my first offseason, I went into spring training with no players in my AA or A minor league teams. I signed the majority of my free agents during the offseason, but somehow all my minor leaguers are gone. How can I fix this and prevent it from happening again?
