48- When the Show 18' comes out I get to move up a bracket. Maybe a 20% AARP discount might apply and add in Madden 17 and The Show 17 trade-ins, wow thats only about 35-40 bucks for the game 7 yrs from now.

Re: How old are you, MLB the Show fan?
19 years old.
Been a loyal fan of SCEA MLB since MLB 06: The Show.
I actually remembering wanting MLB 2006 (with Vlad on the cover) more than MVP Baseball 2005. I had MLB 2006 in my hand at GameStop when the guy at the cash register said MVP Baseball was miles ahead better than MLB 2006. At the time I was about 14-15 years old and was starting to get into baseball and wanted to buy my first Baseball game.
I actually listened to the GameStop employee (Wow, I know) and picked MVP over MLB 2006. Wise choice, but turned out for the best as MVP was legendary.
I did however rent MLB 2006 and remember the random freezing issues and being left disappointed.
Then MLB 06: The Show comes out the next year, and since then I have never looked to another Baseball franchise.Last edited by Geolink; 03-03-2012, 08:56 PM.Comment

Re: How old are you, MLB the Show fan?
Im 41 going on 42. but like i like to say, you take the number of your actual age, flip it, and id be 14, subtract 4-1 and id be 3, subtract 1-4 and be -3 or multiply it 4*1 and im 4.
so i guess it just depends on how i feel that given day... on launch day... probably 4 lol... like a kid on xmas baby!!!!!!!"Baseball is life, without Baseball life itself ceases to exist." - Ken SpragueComment

33 in a few weeks. I'm trying to convince my dad to get a PS3 now that he's retired. He is always blown away by The Show when we visit. I think this summer I'll surprise him with a classic roster with some teams from his glory days. Maybe that will do the trick....Comment
