I think you will find that SCEA will correlate all the information in that thread and put out an update that will address those repertoires that require it.

Well. The pitchers not even having the right stuff angers me quite a bit. Especially considering I'm going to be playing as the Indians, and we have one of the best bullpens in baseball right now. Its kind of bull**** that Vinnie still hasn't been fixed, he sucks in MLB11 because his pitches arent as fast as they are supposed to be. And Joe Smith also had an amazing season. This disappoints me SCEA. You think a game claiming to be the most realistic MLB game would at least give the pitchers the correct types of pitches. Its incredibly frustrating enough playing as a team with such few even decent hitters, so ruining the best part of our team is fairly annoying.

Anyone want to give their input on how likely they will update this stuff in a patch?

It's been mentioned in the thread countless times already. Take a deep breathe and enjoy what the game offers. SCEA is listening.
"It may well be that we spectators, who are not divinely gifted as athletes, are the only ones able to truly see, articulate and animate the experience of the gift we are denied. And that those who receive and act out the gift of athletic genius must, perforce, be blind and dumb about it -- and not because blindness and dumbness are the price of the gift, but because they are its essence." - David Foster Wallace

Yeah, I probably did overreact, but it's still disappointing. One of the key things I would make sure was correct was the pitching repertoire. Vinnie Pestano actually tweeted about how inaccurate his repertoire was in the game when he was playing it yesterday with Jason Kipnis. If you want to sell a game, you might want to make sure the players the game represents are actually happy with the products. Especially when that particular player had one of the best rookie years in the bullpen, posting far better stats than most veterans. It makes no sense to me, they already know the veteran pitches and stats, so did they even have a guy studying the newer pitchers?

you will value the defensive abilities of your fielders as never before. Outfield defense was especially adventurous and fielding line drives or chasing balls in the gaps and down the lines is more challenging.
This was the tidbit that stood out most to me. Great to hear!
