During batting practice before the game, the pitcher just started throwing invisible balls. Once the actual game started, the real CPU opposing pitchers kept doing the same thing.I tried to recreate it to no avail.

This was the first and only time I have ever seen this glitch.

Whats the bug? What should be a foul ball warps back into play and is caught.

What game mode did you experience the bug/glitch in? (Gameplay, RTTS, Franchise, Online, Front End, etc.....) RTTS

How did it happen or what did you do to trigger it? Can you recreate it? At Stomp Ground Field, I hit the ball over the bullpen/pitcher warm-up area and it should have landed there, or in the edge of the crowd. Instead, the ball warps back in very quickly during it's descent. It can be recreated by hitting the ball over one of the warm-up areas at this stadium.

How often can the bug be reproduced? Anytime the ball is hit in this area.

Whats the bug? Failure to even try to catch a foul ball that hit the top of the wall

What game mode did you experience the bug/glitch in? (Gameplay, RTTS, Franchise, Online, Front End, etc.....) Gameplay

How did it happen or what did you do to trigger it? Can you recreate it? I hit a foul ball down the right field line, and Bautista failed to even try to catch it even though it landed right on top of the wall. I'm not sure if there's something wrong with Sportsman's Park to where the AI didn't recognize that the ball was catchable; maybe that's what was wrong?

How often can the bug be reproduced? Not sure; first time I've seen it. I've only played at Sportsman's Park once for fun, though.

Pitcher and catcher stood around the ball at home plate and nothing happen

My RttS player was at the plate. The pitcher threw a pitch low and inside in the dirt. The catcher did not catch the ball tho. Instead it rolled to the backstop and back to home plate. The pitcher nor catcher made no attempt to pick up the ball. The game just stood still but the play was still going on. I couldn't do anything other than square to bunt. If I hit the PS button and press it again, the umpire would yell "Play ball" but nothing happened. It was like the game was waiting for someone to do something but no one would.

How often can the bug be reproduced?

Never seen it before so I am unable to reproduce.

Fantasy Draft starting a Franchise--every player has the exact same "Advanced Stats." Even Pitchers, despite having only one line of stats and different statistic titles, have the same stats in the same corresponding boxes.

Incorrect "Last At-Bat"

I came to bat in the 4th inning and hit a Home Run, and my 3rd AB in the 7th I doubled to right. On my 4th at-bat the ticker at the bottom read "HR Last At-Bat"

Got benched for "stealing without permission" when the count was full with 2 outs. I waited until the pitcher was half way through his motion and took off to 3rd, ball was called for ball 4 and I made it to 3rd safely.

I don't know what the hell I did, but now the commentary isn't working in the next game. This used to happen in mlb the show 11, but eventually came back on.

Was there a runner on first? If so, then it's a legit bug. If 1st base was open, then it's understandable why the game would recognize it as a steal attempt; you could've been thrown out at 3rd if the catcher reacted fast enough after ball 4.

Runners on 2nd and 3rd, one run all ready home in the inning and there are two outs, and Dave Campbell says that we need to make sure not to put up another 0 in the inning, yet we scored one run.

How did it happen or what did you do to trigger it? Can you recreate it? It only happened once. I don't know what I did to trigger it. I just used guess pitch and the CPU pitcher would keep looking at the plate and 3rd base.

How often can the bug be reproduced? I don't know how to reproduce it. I had to restart my ps3 to start the game over

Whats the bug?
There are various problems with the colors in this game. On the created players (both manually and cpu created) black botches appear on the faces from time to time, and they sometimes black out most of the face. Also, in the game players who wear all white gloves have black gloves in their pockets and players who wear black gloves have white gloves in their pockets. I also noticed that the red sox team color #2 is usually a dark blue to match their helmets. Now it appears to be black instead of the color it should be.

Traded players in free agents 1 apear in the silver age, and in free agents 2 apear with the golden age logo. Also, created players appear in the orioles uniform

A scoring error. During a Braves vs. Rockies game, Michael Cuddyer popped out to Dan Uggla to end the inning. The game for some reason gave Uggla an error. The game log said "Cuddyer popped out to Uggla to end the inning (E4)".

Edit: I experienced this a second time. I think it happens when there is a runner on base that crosses the plate before the ball is caught. At least, that was the case both times it's happened to me.

What's the bug? Very often on "Throw Decision Training" I am given neither credit for a good throw or a "bad decision..." I make the right move and the game ignores it, without any comments.

What game mode did you experience the bug/glitch in? (Gameplay, RTTS, Franchise, Online, Front End, etc.....) RTTS

How did it happen or what did you do to trigger it? Can you recreate it? I was just following the instructions of Throw Decision Training, I can recreate it but I am not sure exactly how it determines when to ignore my throws for rating.

How often can the bug be reproduced? Whenever "throw decision" training comes up on RTTS
