Whats the bug? In-Game Ticker shows scores and games but no league leaders.

What game mode did you experience the bug/glitch in? In Franchise Mode

How did it happen or what did you do to trigger it? Can you recreate it? Happened after I downloaded 1.16 and restarted my Franchise after installing patch. I've updated all patches and problem still exists every time I play a game....so, yes, I can recreate it.

How often can the bug be reproduced? Every game I play.

Do you have video or pictures? No....just play a game and the In-Game Ticker shows scores and scheduled games but not league leaders...happens every game.

League Leaders don't show up until May.

I play real-time as the the real MLB season progresses so I'm up to May 26th....still no league leaders.

Bug: RTTS "Never-Ending Batting Stance" Mode

How did it happen or what did you do to trigger it? Can you recreate it?
I'm on the Astros and this has happened twice. The pitch will be thrown but it will go past the catcher and the ump won't make a call. It shows my player getting ready for the next pitch over and over again and when it goes into the batting stance, it's only in the stance for milliseconds and then it loops over. It happens at random. Can't recreate it.

How often can the bug be reproduced? At random. Contrary to popular belief, a runner does not have to steal a base for it to occur. It's happened to me once with nobody on base.

Mode: Road to the Show
What happened: The hit-and-run was put on by my first base coach and I ran on the first pitch, but after the game my Triple-A manager yelled at me for stealing a base with no green light. Then I got benched for a month!
Recreation: RTTS in AAA (probably any level), first base coach puts the hit and run on and the batter swings through the pitch. Get benched for stealing without a green light.

This is a minor animation error. It happens in my game, too. It might be because they're sweaty from warming up or because of the temperature outside.

I play exclusively in franchise in manager mode. The problems I am seeing occur both to my players and to the players on the CPU team.

There are way too many of the following-

1. Check swings.
2. Check swings that result in a strike out.
3. Check swings that result in an accidental ground ball.
4. Dropped balls at first base ("And he DROPPED IT!!!").
5 Balls that are mishandled in the outfield ("He has trouble with it")
6 Balls that are thrown over the cutoff man's head. (He throws it away!!!)
7 Passed balls.

Happens constantly, it seems to be a ratio. I thought you guys made errors a function of fielding? Some of my best fielders are making tons of mistakes.

What's the bug?

The sim program seems to be completely broken. I will not sim to the end of a game anymore because the outcome is often too bizarre. I have simmed games in the 8th inning where I am ahead by 7 and I lose by 3. The results are simply bizzare and so unpredictable that I consider it useless as it is. I know, I know, strange things happen. But most of the time they don't.

I complained about this before, but it is actually much worse than I originally thought. I play in manager mode in franchise. During a game there is someone else making decisions that I should be making. They call pitchouts, hit and run plays, steals, etc. But most important, they do it at really stupid times and they are costing me games. I just finished a game where the computer told Carlos Lee to steal second on a 1-0 count. My catcher took off on the first pitch and was out by an actual mile. I can't justify playing this game in manager mode if your game is going to take all of my preparation and throw it away on bonehead calls.

It really seems like the steal logic is just random. My slowest players taking off for second when the pitcher is behind and more likely to throw a fastball. And that is not ok. I can't play this game in manager mode if the computer is going to make my players do stupid things that lose me the game.

I should be able to give my players the red light. Carlos Lee should never be allowed to steal. I don't want my slowest guys attempting a double steal.

I should be in control of my team in manager mode. You should only use my manager's stats to boost or cut my player's abilities, but he should make no decisions.

Ideally, I would like to make my own coach, and be that coach. But the computer has got to stop making decisions for my team.

So I'm one of the poor souls lost on the franchise freeze. I've spent a ton of hours modifying rosters in my franchise and that's really all I care about. I'll start the franchise over if I can keep the rosters. Is that possible?

I have saved games from early april if that helps.

The glitch I'm having issues with is the hitters background during the first 3 innings of night games at Progressive Field. The light on the trees make it almost impossible to see the ball. Thanks.

Whats the bug?

The salaries are listed on the roster page. But if I want to see how much room I have left under my player budget I have to go to the free agents page and start to sign a free agent. There should be a page where I can see not only how I am doing under the budget but also which former players I am still paying and how much my contracts will cost me going into the future. It is pretty hard to manage the contracts the way it is. I have no way of figuring out how my team is going to look next year, which prevents me from planning the future.

Not really a bug. More of a suggestion. I would like to see more options as GM to do things to make money for the organization. For instance, book rock concerts. Shoe deals. I would also like the opportunity for additional promotions, like bringing in a famous singer to do the national anthem, or "meet the team" day, or "old timers" games, the President throws out the first pitch, etc. Flyovers. I think there could be a lot done in this area.

I just spent 3 hours editting the uniforms and skills of my new franchise. Here are my observations.

1. It seems that almost every 3B and SS is significantly better as a 2B. There are almost no true 3B in the game, and very few true SS. I don't know if this reflects reality or if this is a glitch in the game, but it's definitely a "thing".

2. I love all the customization of the game, but it would be super duper if you guys would give us a button that we could use to set all of our players' accesories to TEAM DEFAULT. Alternately, a button that would allow us to assign one player's shoes/batting gloves to the rest of his team. Seriously, these rosters are MESSED UP. Every roster I have ever seen. Totally messed up. If you stop and look at the shoes on your players' feet, you will be disgusted. You will begin changing them and it will consume hours of your life.

Don't even get me started about the catchers!!!

3. Do MLB players all have their own batting helmets? I thought they just took one out of a pile. Why do all of my players have different batting helmets? Why would a modern MLB player have an old style batting helmet? Why would there be more tar on one player's helmet than on everyone else's? How would one player have a dual flap helmet and everyone else use a single flap?

4. Why does your game create prospects with names that are not in audio files? This just seems obvious. All the other games do it too. Rookies with names that no one can pronounce. Why would your program create a name the announcers can't speak?

5. There is some kind of "shadow beard" that appears on the computer generated portraits of players in the team roster area. It is a thick shadow that runs along the bottom of the player's face, and seems to form a beard. I am not sure why it happens. It is happening right now on my PS3, all of the computer generated photos have this weird shadow beard, in the manage roster area of franchise mode. Nowhere else.

6. There is something funky going on with compression sleeves in the edit player area of the roster management area of franchise mode. The long compression sleeve is invisible on the right arm. On the left arm the 3/4 compression sleeve is sometimes visible even when it is not selected. There are several different glitches with the compression sleeves. I wish I could be more specific. But when I see it I deselect compression arm for that player, so they're all gone now. Sorry.

****Ok, I just found one that is specific- when selected in edit player area, right arm 3/4 compression sleeve appears instead as wrist tape black. On the same player, compression sleeve long is invisible. Maybe that will help you.

During Fielding Reacting Training Level 4 no matter how well I do, eventually the game cheats me out of 5-8 chances due to in-field pop-ups that the indicator circle doesn't show up until the ball nearly reaches the ground. I can get lucky and guess the reaction right but most of the times not.
