Whats the bug?

Can't make trades because the other team doesn't have the budget for it. 300k/yr player can't be traded for a 250k/yr for nearly all teams. I don't know if anyone has encountered this, but it's happening at the very beginning of any franchises I start. I'm not sure it's a bug, but that's what I'm calling it until I know what's going on.

What game mode did you experience the bug/glitch in? (Gameplay, RTTS, Franchise, Online, Front End, etc.....)

How did it happen or what did you do to trigger it? Can you recreate it?

Started a franchise, but this is the first time, and it continues happening...and yes I can recreate it by starting a franchise

How often can the bug be reproduced?

Everytime I start a franchise

Do you have video or pictures?

No, but I could if needed. It says "one or both teams are not able to take on more salary expenses at this time".

Whats the bug? The game has worked perfectly fine for approximately a year, but all of a sudden it's started doing weird things in RTTS. There are two odd glitch-like things. One, when fielding a ball with my character at second base, he'll throw to third for no apparent reason when I'm pressing first. The other odd thing now happening is the game randomly decides to make me lead off another step, and another without me touching ANY of the buttons. My Vita is in great shape. It has to be something in the game because the buttons work for other games, and even The Show in other modes!
