Yadier molina is on the dl and havent had a very solid bullpen with all of their relievers having a 3+era except for motte their closer

Mcclellan is currently in triple a after having a 8.02 era. Now hes in AAA with 2 era with a .89 whip thru 9ip.
why would the Braves trade Beachy?

u should probably take out McClellan as a non-contending team would have no use for him and add in a low-level prospect...Hernandez is a scrub and Ross can't play every day hence they have little value at best...it'd be Martinez for Beachy pretty much

what are each team's records and GB's in the standings and what veterans do u think other teams would be attracted to?

i think im like 36-46 cleveland is 47-35ish i got a series with Detroit then all star break. im not in front of mygame right now. but i still have francour who is only hitting .200. billy butler is hitting about .285 9hr and 35 rbi and jonathan sanchez is 10-4 and leads al with 2.31 era. chris getz will be a free agent at end ofyear but is only hitting like .233 and is in aaa. yunesky betencourt is hitting .295 with 4 hr and about 30 rbi. luke hochever is 3-5 with a 3.50 era. joakon soria has 23 saves with a 3.00 era.

if ur willing to package butler and sanchez to the tigers (u said Cabrera and/or/both Verlander are out for the year?) u could get a pretty good return back....Betancourt can bring u back a couple of D's....Hochevar a C, and Soria a B

The trade didn't go through, because Schoop failed his physical! I just wanted to make it fair. I called up Donovan Tate(now an A pot) and made his secondary position 2B/SS. He's my new starting SS. Thanks for all the help guys!

Re: 2012 The Show Official Trade Discussion Thread

Im the Padres, So for Madison Bumgarner, I would include Liriano, Spangenberg, and who else? My A pot. Prospects are Ross, Sampson, Boxberger, Hedges, and Tate! If I could, I would like to include Huston Street also. Brian Wilson has a 6.04 era and has blown 9 saves(he's only converted 18!)

We are 61-38, 5.0 games back in division, and leading wildcard by 3.0 games. The Giants a41-56, 24.0 games back in division! They would be rebuilding with the prospects, and we need another pitcher to go with Stauffer, Volquez, Davis, richard. Moseley has been ok, but Stauffer has a 1.74 era, Volquez is in top group for strikeout lead, Richard has a 2.88 era, and Davis has a 2.04 era!

Wanted to add that Bumgarner IS on the trade block!

cabrera is done for year. verlander has a couple weeks left. i think they have another starter hurt as well. ill scour the league tonight and see who else has injuries. i really dont wanna lose those guys but its probably best. just hope ill still be able to play every game out if i decide to give up on the season.

depending on how long that other starter is out and how the rest fo the rotation looks, Sanchez might or might not be needed....but remember to post back in the thread tonight when u do check.....yeah it's best u add to ur farm system for guys u dont wanna re-sign...i'd only trade Butler and Sanchez if i get a bundle back tho cause i think they're both relatively cheap in the game

I don't know how much more Livan has in the tank, but Ross is probably the best backup catcher in the game today and could start on several teams. He's a very good defensive catcher and has a little pop. I can't imagine the Braves dumping Beachy, especially in that deal.

The only thing is you have Myers and picthing depth in the minors just waiting so maybe its time that you go completely young along with Hosmer, moustakas and etc

I don't think he'd start on more than 3 teams in baseball he's nothing more than a back up catcher that fills in for 15-25 odd games
