There is no conceivable way that the Rangers could EVER get Felix. To be honest, I don't think that Olt/Profar will be enough.

To be honest it would take Profar, Olt, Perez, Grimm & Buckel plus maybe Tanner Scheppers.

I don't follow Texas much, but is that really better than Williams, Betances, Banuelos, Montero, and Gardiner? Keep in mind that the two B's values were through the roof at that time.

Buckel recently moved to AA, but was one of the best pitchers in High A. Grimm & Perez have had good starts for the Rangers. Schepeppers is a future Closer and we all know the deal on Profar & Olt.

OK, but is that REALLY better than what the Yankees offered? I'm not sure...

It may be slightly better, it's pretty much a draw though..

I don't think it's as good as the Yanks' package. Williams has always been pretty highly regarded, Montero was viewed as one of the best bats in the minors, if not the best, Banuelos and Betances were viewed as at least number two guys, and Brett Gardiner is really, really, really, really, really, really fast.
                  Spoiler

I'm playing as the Rangers and I had to start a new franchise because it was deleted. I want to add a top of the line pitchers and I'm willing to include Profar and maybe Feliz if I have to. I'm wanting maybe either King Felix or Cliff Lee. I've simmed seasons before and Feliz wants over 9 million a year to start and by by the third year it's over 16 to 17 a year. I can't get him to sign a long term deal. I'm not looking or a realistic but fair

Meh, I have high standards lol. It's weird, I'm usually pretty high on the Rangers. It'd obviously be fair, but I'm not sure the M's would take it. They seem pretty adamant on keeping him.

I think people are putting the standards too high here, I know hes amazing but the M's didn't want to trade him to the Yanks because they didn't want to get rid of him not cause the offer washt good enough

                            Fair enough. I've reconsidered.

It depends on the teams. For rebuilders like Seattle, it doesn't matter. But if the Yankees and Red Sox made a trade for anything worth it, then there'd be a case.
