Would Clayton Kershaw for Mat Latos and a 'B' prospect be fair? Kershaw is performing better statistically, not infront of myPS3 right now though. Both are young 'A' potential MLB ready SP's with Kershaw having a little edge, and I believe Latos is 1 year older.

Re: 2012 The Show Official Trade Discussion Thread
The Mariners are in contention and need a SP so I'm pondering working out a deal with them for Wandy Rodriguez. Is SS Nick Franklin and SP Victor Sanchez (both B pot) a good return? I was thinking about adding a third B (OF Trayvon Robinson) but I don't know if that would be too much. Wandy has a 3.29 ERA and has a team best 4 wins and 9 losses (my 'stros are worse than the real-life ones!)Comment

Re: 2012 The Show Official Trade Discussion Thread
OK, you guys, I have a ridiculously interesting case, that NFG should LOVE;
JA Happ has an 8-1 record, to go along with a 1.38 ERA, a 9.7 K/9 rate, and a .223 AVG. He has the BEST ERA IN THE LEAGUE, is also tied for 3rd in least HRs, tied for 2nd in shutouts, and for 3rd in CGs. He also nearly broke the consecutive shutout innings record in April.
What is THAT worth? He's young (somewhat), is reaching his potential, and I'm in June. I'll only move him if I get at least an A back, though. Thoughts?

By the way, off topic- I got Shinjo to play 1B. Drafted a beast to play 2nd."Twelve at-bats is a pretty decent sample size." - Eric ByrnesComment

Re: 2012 The Show Official Trade Discussion Thread
his stock wuddnt go up that much further imo....but i do agree, with his track record in Houston, i'm not a believer in him...if he's looked at as a rental(as i am), there's no way i'd give 2 mid-B's for Happ in 2012....maybe in 2013, if he's still putting similiar-type numbersSteelers | Seminoles | A's | Rockets | Avalanche | Wildcats, Hoosiers | LiverpoolComment

Really cool though that he's able to produce like that for you vs the heavy hitting of the powerhouses in ALFormer modder of "Ultimate Rosters" for MVP Baseball 2005.

I'm at the start of December in the offseason. The Mets have already signed David Ortiz and Adam LaRoche. Pending the signing of Randy Wolf. They really haven't lost power that much.
I think I'm going to go thru with the trade. Either replace Carmona with a high B, or include Carmona and C level prospect.The Positive Sports Podcast~~~Tough Times Don't Last, Tough People Do~~~Ignore The Negativity, Be The PositivityComment
