alright I need some help. I'm looking for a soild 5th starter I'm the Twins. I picked up Brad Penny thinking he may be an inning eater but he is pretty much a home run delivery man.

I traded Pavano and Baker at the start not a fan of them our there contracts. Sent Pavano to the O's for ryan flaherty and Wada. Baker went to Braves for constanza and chad durbin.

As of right now pitching staff is
Liriano
marquis
Blackburn
Diamond
Penny

Who our some soild players that may fit into my rotation that could come fairly cheap and would be an upgrade over Penny because 0-3 with a 11.67 era isnt cutting it. I can deal with blackburn pitching homerun derby but cant have two pitchers doing it

Currently 9-15 so not to far into it. I have just had such awful pitching if it wasn't for Diamond and Liriano I would prob have lost every game lol I almost thought about trying to work out something with A.J Burnett but then thought about it and they just got him and such.

Also the Angles our straight cheating they picking up Roy oswalt so there pitching staff is unheard of

Ok as I stated on the last page I'm looking to move Jurrjens in my Braves franchise.

Currently the only team I can find to meet my needs / their situation is the Padres. They have a 5 of their top 6 starting pitchers that are all on their final year. 3 of them have very low bars in their happiness (from performance / salary, etc.) so I'm pretty sure they'll lose some of their starting rotation.

I'm looking to grab one of their many SP prospects along with maybe a 3B prospect (thinking Rincon since he has a lil bit of plus power).

Now here's my question. Considering the Padres are only 1.5 games back in their division, would I realistically be able to squeak out a B potential pitching prospect along with Rincon for JJ or would I need to throw in something else. Maybe a C prospect added in there?

And given that you think its realistic enough, you think it's a good trade overall ? Or are there any other trade ideas you may have?

Mainly looking for a 3B (in case Terdo or Salcedo don't pan out), a power outfield bat, or some pitching depth in case I lose Hanson / when Huddy retires/gets traded.

i dont think a B-pot prospect as well as Rincon is out of the question
