Re: Hitting Approaches Using Zone Plus Analog
Another simple tip that helped me out..... You do not have to pull the R-Stick all the way down during your stride. You can just pull down just enough to initiate the stride.
Also you may need to change your camera angle to a custom settingGT: BIG CAROLINA23

Re: Hitting Approaches Using Zone Plus Analog
hey everyone,
I need some help with Zone + Analog hitting, I didn't want to start another thread so i'm posting hear, hope it's ok.
Ok so I have the PCI set to off, and I have (don't know the name of the of the setting) on, so that after each swing I can see the ball location of that pitch and where my cursor was.
So my problem is that 60 to 70% of the time I notice that for the swings that I used the the left stick to move the cursor, it never moved always stays in the middle. If I can figure out how to get it to move every time this should help me a lot with my batting. Right know it's as if I only can swing at the balls thrown down the middle cause my cursor most of the time won't move.
Does anyone have any tips that will help me with this issue? or is there something in my settings that I need to tweak?
Thanks,

Also, try setting your PCI before the pitch is even thrown (in other words, guess location) with the left stick. I even leave the cursor off (not visible) and get very good results.
I know there's countless hitting tips out here but I found that moving the PCI up in the zone for the first two pitches has yield the best results for me. After that, pick a spot where you want the pitch to be...preferably in your hitters HOT (red) zone, depending on the count. Start your swing before the pitch is released and BANG!
Use TNK sliders too...they work well for this type of hitting even though they're made for Timing. I get gappers, 3+ doubles a game. MAKE NO MISTAKE...IT TOOK LOTS OF PRACTICE TO GET SOLID HITTING DOWN.
