Probably giving Snider the starting LF job over Thames and see what he can do with a full season. I don't think he's been given a real chance. I will check after ST first, though.

Other than that, I'm waiting out this season. 2012 is not the year for the Jays. With the right moves, 2013 is plausible (even for the real team).

Travis d'anaurd (sp?) for a starter or two. I'm confident in Arencebia being my catcher long term.

I was looking around in my franchise to see what I could get for D'Arnaud, and him for David Price had full interest.

I'm going to do whatever I can to get Jacoby Ellsbury in a Mariners uniform. I'm absolutely awful with Franklin Gutierrez and everytime I've used the Red Sox in an exhibition game, I've picked up at least 2 hits each game with Ellsbury. Figure it will probably require a package of Gutierrez, a starter, and a prospect, but I'll find a way to make it happen.

I am a big Red Sox fan and Ellsbury would never be traded but i have a trade that would be fair for the game. Gutierrez is terrible Sox have no need for him so maybe package him up for a RP.

Braves

Deciding for the battle at SS between Pastronicky and Simmons

Figuring out if Terdo or Salcedo will be worthy successors to Chipper's throne or if Prado will be shifted after his retirement. If that is the case I may have to find a nice power bat for the LF spot.

If I fall out of the race I will be shopping Tim Hudson around for maybe a future LFer / 3B.

Will also look to see which of my starters will be "expendable" at the deadline since I don't wanna be wasting the talent of people like delgado, minor, or beachy in the bullpen/AAA.

Basically, I'm going to be trying to answer all the questions that the Braves IRL are trying to answer

If they add Pettitte to the game, then I'm gonna have a 3 man competition for the number 5 starter in my rotation between Pettitte, Hughs, and Garcia. Hoping Pettitte gets it for old times sake. Then I have to seriousley reavaluate my DH situation, not a big fan of the Raul Ibanez signing.

Yeah, I'm going to pretend AJ was never traded to Pittsburgh and see if I can't swap him for Adam Dunn.

That seems like a pretty steep asking price. I'm an LSU fan, so I love Ranaudo, but I don't know if two of the three faces of the Mariners' franchise is worth it. I could never trade Felix. If that's the asking price, it looks like I'll be sticking out a season with Guti.

That is just a fair deal in my perspective, Ellsbury can hit for average and power and is speedy AND has a good glove. You would be getting .300's/25HR/100RBI/30SB a year with Ells, plus with Iglesias whose bat is coming around and is a fielding wizard would be a nice guy to have, then there is Ranaudo who will help out that rotation that has Hultzen and Walker coming up to be in it also.

But you could just do a deal like this if you want to keep Felix

In the game, maybe, but realistically NO. There is absolutely no way the M's trade Ackley. They'll trade Felix before that happens. Ellsbury's good but he's gotta have another year like last year before he'd fetch a ransom deal.

First thing I'm gonna do in my season is see what Figgins can do in the first month. If he struggles, I'm taking the financial loss and releasing him and sticking Seager at 3B as a regular, while also watching the development of Catricala.

I've heard the suggestion that Ackley moves to CF, Seager to 2B and I'd be ok with that if Catricala pans out.
