    Re: Da Astros

Im seriously considering giving Correa a spring invite and see what he does. The kid raked all year in AA ball. Dont remember his stats. I know he stayed around .300 though. But more then likely will start the year in AAA, but he might get a quick call up depending on how he does.

Whats your thoughts on this idea?

i'd give him the full year at AAA...or at least until September

If I called him up in September would it ruin his rookie eligibility?

Sound good to me. I'm really wanting to keep him in Houston and set records

hence why u gotta let him develop fully in the minors before bringin him up....i honestly think a September call-up is the best-case scenario for Correa

You don't need power to win ball games. If you had guys who could get on base, and then guys- OK, I'm gonna say one word: MONEYBALL.

Don't rush him. Have you thought about using Royal's development guide?

*145 ABs. But I'll let that one slide.

that's ONE part im not lookin forward to....at least with the top-tier rookies, it's a lock most if not all come back on dirt-cheap contracts....its just the veterans who makes it interesting

Meh, one power bat wouldn't hurt, but getting on base >. If Billy had money to spend like Theo did with the Bo Sox, you guys would be a dynasty right now. Wouldn't be surprised to see Moneyball V.2 if/when you guys pack up and move into San Jose.

130 in game? Fail from SCEA right there.... it's 145 IRL.
