Re: OS Arbitration Panel Project 2012
Btw. Is this no means of me saying agreed to the trade.
Orioles Get
Trout
Hunter
Wells
Conger or Ianetta
Angels Get
Britton
Jones
Wieters
A pot. Pitcher
As stated above. I am not agreeing yet. Once the final proposal has been decided I will then let you know. Cause I'm still on the fence with getting rid of Trout. Be like the Yankees dealing Meter or the Braves with Chipper.PSN Name - xboxxerx
You can call it being a "Homer". But as Tupac said, its California Love.
My Teams
NFL- San Francisco 49ers
NBA- Los Angeles Lakers
NHL- Anaheim Ducks
MLB - Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim

Yes. I currently have Ianetta on the DL. I am platooning Conger and Wilson currently. If you want Ianetta or Conger in it, you will need to throw another A pot. pitcher.

Re: OS Arbitration Panel Project 2012
I'm aware of that. Cause trust me I wouldn't. To be honest I'm pulling Trout. I couldn't see a team trading a phenom at that age with that much upside. It would be like asking the Cards for Pujols when he came up, Bryce, Jordan or Kobe. They are your franchise players. Not meaning being there forever. But, who you build around. Like the O's and Jones. They just signed them long term. They plan to build around him. They wouldn't shop him unless the price was right. With Trout. The price isn't right. So unfortunately these talks are closed. At least with Trout involved.PSN Name - xboxxerx

Re: OS Arbitration Panel Project 2012
Um... good luck getting any of those trades through in The Show...
Unless you are playing with Force Trades On... a lot of these deals have zero chance of being accepted by the CPU, like ever.
Obviously, if you're going to play with Force Trades, it better be one hell of a deal. The names I'm seeing are kind of astronomical... especially considering there hasn't been a single trade of any significance this entire season...I'm just an old guy sports gamer...Comment

Re: Bad contracts
We know that you've been trying to get rid of Vernon Wells and Torii hunter because of their bad contracts. We were just wondering if there were any other bad contracts you were looking to Unload?

RE: Bad Contracts
Dan,
Here's where we stand as a organization. We are currently in the end of May with the 1st edition of the OSFM Minor Rosters. I decided when I chose to do this I would do the trades on my end as well. Having said that. Here is my list of untouchables.
1)Weaver
2)Trumbo
3)Pujols
4)Trout
5)Burjous
6)Morales
I know some don't go the route as untouchables, but I do.
My season plans are to deal Haren and at least Hunter by the deadline. Wells is actually working for me, so will probably hold onto him and move him to right then bring Trout up next year cause he didn't produce jack in April. With Haren and Hunter I am looking for a Wieters type catcher (A pot. 20-23 range), and a future OF ( A/B potential 19-21 range).
So Dan if you have something that meets our desires, offer up. Have a good day.
Yours Truly,
Jerry Dipoto
