As a preliminary stand point we would be interested in Heran and Hunter and we are more than likely wanting to include Frenchy going you way. Other than that let's start looking at things. Hit me with both Haren's and Hunter's info as well as anyone you're looking at and let's get down to business

I have a question for the Astros, its the end of the first month of the season and you are 25 games out of the wildcard is it 2 early to try and trade Carlos Lee?

(I am playing as the jays but man the astros are doing bad I see no way they can make it to the post season and Lee is old, might be worth makings a deal now if I can swing one for then.)

Do you mind using the template for future offers and such? It's no big deal the first time, but it just makes everything a little more organized.

Either use the template, or ask this in the trade discussion thread.

Does anyone really care where I sent this from?

2 Months in and your tied for the lead in your Division, good job to bad to hear about lossing Verlander for 2 to 3 months was it, we know how you feel having Laurie just go down for the same, but top it all off Fister if gone for 2 to 3 and Smyly also for a week or 2. Man to keep fighting for the spot looks like you could use some pitching help, well we are here to help.

            Brett Cecil
            MLB
            W/L S/O ERA
            1-7 38 5.04
            TRIPLE A
            W/L IP ERA
            1 13 1.77

            Catcher
            A.J Jimenez (Pot B)
            Double A
            OBP AVG RBI
            .344 .273 4

            For
            3B
            Nick Castellanos
            Tripple A
            OBP AVG RBI HR
            .347 .242 6 1

We Feel That Brett still has the potential to become a great pitcher given the right chance,

            Thank you for your time

Ok lets get this back to the top.

              Re: Trade

Here are the players stats you have asked for. As of 5/20/12

              SP - Dan Haren

              W - 5 / L - 2 / ERA - 2.68 / SO - 33 / IP - 53.2 / OPP Avg. - .259

              RF - Tori Hunter

              Avg - .264 / HR - 8 / RBI'S - 15 / Vrs L - .318

Can we also interest you in a couple prospects in our system. Since we recently signed Aybar to 5 more years and the Trumbo at 3rd experience is working for us, we have Kaleb Coward and Jean Segura available at the right price. Here's their stats.

              Jean Segura SS AAA Stats B/T : R/R Pot. - B Age - 22

              G - 34 / AVG - .298 / SB - 5 / RBI'S - 11 / OBP. - .352

              Kaleb Coward 3rd AS Stats B/T : S/R Pot. - B Age - 20

              G - 35 / AVG - .306 / HR'S - 6 / RBI'S - 31 / OBP - .352

Let me know what you think. Our asking price for Haren would be around 2 A's and a B. For Hunter we would seek a mid to high level B. Positions we are seeking is a future catcher minimum a year away from the Show. A OF 2 or 3 years away from the show. A 2nd , SP and RP. As for French. Taking it your referring to Francoeur. We aren't interested unless maybe its just a throw in. As we are currently set in our OF and bench. If anything we would like to also get rid of Wells.

              Possible guys we are looking at;

              CP - Jonathon Broxton (Pot. - B)
              C - Salvador Perez (Pot. - B)
              3rd - Cheslor Cuthbert (Pot. - A)
              SS - Christian Colon (Pot. - B)
              OF - Will Myers (Pot. - A)
              SP - John Lamb (Pot. - A)

              Yours Truly,

                    RE: Negotiations

I just don't see it happening. We're not going to give up our best positional prospect for no one that helps us at the major league level. We are chock full of pitching prospects that could help us offset those injuries just as well. Even if Cecil is an A (I seem to recall him as a high-B in OSFM) -- it's not enough. It would take far more than an A and two B's who aren't ML ready for them to trade Castellanos.

For an example of another deal in this thread, Neil Walker and 2 other quality players/prospects came in return. If the Tigers are going to "mortgage their future" they aren't going to do it for players that only help in the future... and even if Cecil is ready, he doesn't look it with that 1-7 and 5+ ERA in The Show.

                    Just not seeing it, sorry.
