I'm not saying it's a major issue, but it's annoying - and was allegedly supposed to be fixed via this latest update.

So yesterday I mentioned that I didn't get prompted for the update and still was able to cloud save and resume.

Well apparently I got the update early that morning when my ps3 turned on to sync everything to the cloud.

So it may have taken hours but I didn't notice at all cause I didn't attempt to play until after work that day.

I started up a new franchise with the White Sox today, May 21st roster update just to see what they think of the current going ons, and always good for a completely random/somewhat non-historical league.
As always, I cleaned house with the scouts and hired the best/most focused.
The FIRST draft of the year resulted with....

6 A potential players
2 B Potential Players
1 F Potential.

The first pick will need a year or two to be in the rotation (Unless his gains are phenomenal), The second was almost as ready stat wise, and also an A potential.
I only reached a bit in the 3rd round, for a guy I may have been able to get in the fourth, and one guy was partially scouted, I could not see his Pot, but he turned out to be a late round A rated potential.

I have never had this happen, and it leaves me wondering if it's an anomaly, or a possible result of the latest update?

Tried downloading it, and it didn't work. It downloaded the update,but didn't install it. I tried again, and it tried redownloading.

Doesn't seem that bad, but 200mb twice is abit much,especially for those with monthly bandwidth usages.

Don't know if the patch installed, but it seems like random things happening.

Sounds of the show doesn't work fully. It was back to how it was when the game first came out, not all mid inning songs played. And randomly, after I select my pitch, my pitcher nods before it allows me to choose the pitch location

Just let the decimal bug issue go for God's sake!!! It is a cosmetic issue and has no bearing on the game whatsoever. The numbers are correct, just a few zeros after the decimal.

Don't tell someone else that their complaint is not valid by telling them to let it go. It's not like he's the only one who is experiencing it. Just because it's not an issue to you doesn't mean it's not for someone else. There's nothing wrong with people asking why it wasn't in the update. How can games be made better and helped through patches? By people actually expressing the problem and getting it out in the open. I haven't seen one person slam SCEA for it; people are just asking.

I don't care about the issue, but I don't have the ticker on. On a regular broadcast, the ticker does not continuously run like that so I don't see a need for it.

^^make sure you save your settings after you turn Auto-Save off, or it will revert to the previous everytime you load your RTTS.

Impressions of 1.21 update, after 3 games played and simming without saving:

- No freezing or boxscore/schedule problems whatsoever! Then again, I didn't have any issues with any of the previous patches

- There is the minor thing of the ticker showing Interleague results, followed by AL and NL results too. Not sure if it was already present before 1.21.

- Since I'm in the middle of an Interleague series, I can't check for the decimals in the league leaders stats, as the don't show during interleague.

- Luis Marte, who was basically lights out for me, has given up the lead and got the loss in 2 straight appearances (in the same week)! Ok, that one is purely coincidental, but still LOL.

Was in before this patch and the decimals are still present.

I have not installed 1.21, still using 1.16 and I have the same issues, so I dont think 1.21 is the culprit.

I have not installed 1.21, still using 1.16 and I have the same issues, so I dont think 1.21 is the culprit.

I never noticed this problem until yesterday, so don't know what's wrong with it then

I posted the music issue about a month ago in the bugs thread and the pitcher always nods yes or no depending on if you follow the API.

The music thing was an issue for a few weeks, then they released a patch and things were fixed, now suddenly things don't work again.

And I never had the pitcher nod stuff happen until yesterday too.

The pitchers have been nodding since the game was released, some are more pronounced than others so it can be missed.
