3 with justin upton, in consecutive at bats, in consecutive innings, had 3 more chances to hit the 4th but couldn't do it!

Wasn't totally default sliders (pitch control maxed), but nothing that would have given a hitter the advantage.

Hit 3 with Vernon Wells at the "Trop". My 4th AB I swung and missed at a slider.

I hit 2 grand slams in one game, with Carlos Pena. I've hit three home runs a couple of times too, but it's been awhile for that, although Evan Longoria did just have a 3 for 3 (with walks) game where he hit 2 home runs and an RBI double.

Hit 3 with Joey Votto in Cincy, also hit 3 with Hanley Ramirez playing in Cincy (2 of which were opposite field).

I had 4 with Jorge posada in MLB 09 was crazy I won by like 12 runs.

don't know if it counts but my brother simmed a game in his franchise and pujols hit 3 grand slams and a 3 run homer lol.

the score ended up being 20 something to 0.

I've hit three on several occasions with my RTTS players, but most recently in my franchise, Alex Rodriguez hit two inside the park HR's when i played a game at the Polo Grounds.

That's awesome. Never had an inside-the-park homer myself but have seen the CPU pull it off.

I had three once, I think with Beltran. He always mashed for the METS in my franchises. I just hit two with Duda in a game last night. Solo shot to make it 7-1, then a three run shot to make it 7-4. Eventually won on a walk-off, pinch hit Grand Slam with Hairston. First salami in maybe 3 or 4 years in this game haha

\ I was going to play at the old Yankee Stadium and happened to hit the button while looking at the polo grounds. Instead of restarting i just went with it and ARod hit two balls out to the left field bullpen. Crazy to hit it that far and not get it out! First inside the parker for me as well!
