There are so many outstanding uniforms in the history of baseball. If SCEA would offer the following home and away uniforms:

1956 Redlegs "cut sleeve uniforms
Kansas City A's....Brooklyn Dodgers .... Milwaukee Braves....New York Giants...

When a player hits his first HR of the game they announce the season total but if he hits more than one home-run in a game they announce that he hit his second or third home-run of the game.
It would be cool if they also announced the total home-run count of the season.

Please Offer:

...a helmet with no ear flaps and offer an option of no batting helmet.

...a choice of different sized bats.

...an option to choke-up

...one bulging cheek full of bubble gum

...sleeves need to be loose and cut above the wrists

...black cleats with the tongue folded forward over the laces

...reduce the size of the batting helmets

...the option to work on the eyebrows separately

...the option to work the left and right side of the mouth separately

...hair color and facial tones controlled by a slide scale

...fans of all ages and body types dressed in the styles of any chosen decade

Some player-specific animations would be something to look into for the future as well. It would be awesome to see the guys like Hunter Pence look awkward while fielding while guys like Cano make the game look easy.

It would help diminish the repetitive part of fielding if some guys looked a little different. Another thing to address this area would be to add more fielding animations. If a fielder gets a short hop, it should handcuff them a bit.

It would be a dream come true to actually have to time grounders and get the good hop instead of just standing there waiting for it.

I want to play for my dream team and don't want to have
to play thru 5 or 6 seasons to do so.

I want to play with most of same MLB players that SHOULD
be still on that team. Way too much movement of rosters
before I get to bigs. Teams are somewhat unrecognizable
in 2-3 years.

The awarding of points is sometimes laughable, almost as if
someone who never played the game decided what deserves
points & how many. How about rewarding hitting for the cycle
with 100 pts or multi-homers games x100 per homer or
getting more than 3 hits in a game. You get the idea, real
accomplishments should be rewarded as such.

Quit telling my power hitting 3rd place hitter to hit and run
in the first inning - my God !!

I have a lot more to add for RTTS but that's a good start.

I would like for the way RTTS plays to be an option for Season or Career mode. I am talking about how you would have the option to just take your at bats & skip through everthing else, not have to pitch or field. You can play a game in just a few minutes that way and maybe get through multiple seasons before the next iteration comes out. Also, the option to skip to next inning or half inning is great but when I get to the late innings and go to my bullpen this does not work for me. I want to have the option to just have a righty pitch to the first righty for example and then bring in a lefty to pitch to the next 2 lefties for example with out having to actually pitch for them. I hope I made that clear. In other words, I guess I want another option, which is to pitch(automatically) hitter by hitter instead of by inning or half inning(although this works well until I want to start going to the pen.

Haha, I realize that Knight, but when you play every game
that could literally take me 2 years of steady play. I am an
old man and may not have that much time left. LOL Besides
the fact Sony may want me to buy the new version. I will
never realize my goals before next version comes out.

I understand and respect your opinion but I would like to get
to my favorite team and recognize the players when I get there.

On the field....the ball physics just need some tuning....everything else is close to perfect for me.

Further tuning of collision detection (which was a big improvement on 12) would be a nice enhancement. Fielding animations where a player runs into the wall but showing them crash in smoother, just tightening up the great animations that sometimes go ary in close quarters.

And I am very curious about the Franchise and RTTS love 13 is going to get.

Enhanced play by play and color (Steve Lyons should be interesting) as well as further improved/enhanced franchise presentation.

I can't wait for some real information on the upcoming release!

1. Stadium specific home run animations, like the fountain at Comerica.
2. An option to create a history for created players in Franchise. It would be cool to create a player who wasn't a rookie. Maybe be able to input stat history. This would also be cool in RTTS. Start off as a 10 year vet trying to keep his job.

-Being able to manually adjust weather conditions.
-Definitely tweak the ball physics, it hangs in the air way too long.
-Switch times the game is played.
-Rain outs resulting in double headers the next day.
-Batboy/batgirls.
-No more Willie Mays catches.
-Not have the CPU play the bounce off the wall perfectly every time.
-More urgency in getting up to throw out a baserunner.
-Urgency in getting up to take the next base when the fielder is overthrown instead of the baserunner taking his sweet time wiping dirt off his jersey.
-Revise the bunting system, pulling a bunt back is just about impossible.
-Logic in the fan/player support.
-Ability to add even more vendors.
-Budgets are based on income.
-Contract negotiations during the season.
-Able to go with 2 outfielders and 5 infielders.
-Ability to swap positions even if my bench is empty.

That was always one of my favorite features of NCAA Football. And I'm glad Madden brought it back this year.

I want a better pregame atmosphere like showing the outside of the stadium before the game kind of like Triple Play did many years ago.. I want to see fans coming into the stadium, I want to hear vendors yelling " get your programs" etc etc etc.... I also want to hear the National Anthem played, maybe not the whole thing but its part of baseball so it should be in there..

But the most important thing for me is something I've never seen in any video baseball game yet it happens in every real game.. I want to see the team run onto the field from the dugout with the PA announcer, announcing the team as they run out.. " Ladies and Gentlemen, your 2013 Oakland Athletics to music like they do in every stadium...

I agree with the rest of you on improving the commentary. I think that adding in interviews or reports mid game or in between innings would be a nice addition, like Ken Rosenthal or Peter Gammons. Adding or improving stadium specific sound would be great also!
